I bought a 2023 S5 and was assisted by Will.

I bought a 2023 S5 and was assisted by Will. Will was awesome and made my purchase very quick and smooth. Will and Jerry were very friendly and communicative and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. Great team, great cars, highly recommend MB motors. Thank you Will for helping us and entertaining my daughter during the process with all the amine talk.

Had never purchased a vehicle remotely and all online before. Dave Irvine and the staff at MB Motors were responsive, friendly, patient and very helpful throughout the process. I had a lot of questions, probably annoyed them a bit with my online research but even when I asked crazy stuff Dave patiently informed me of the reality and without judgement:) thank you all for making this purchase as smooth as it was! Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience at MB Motors LLC

Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience at MB Motors LLC (Bellingham) I had a deeply frustrating experience with MB Motors LLC, specifically involving David and another employee named Emil. I scheduled a test drive for a 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited (VIN: 4S4BSALC9F3260382)—a silver, AWD vehicle with around 73,000 miles listed for $14,500. I drove over an hour on June 23, 2025, to see it in person. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find the car in their system and initially told me it had likely been sold. After about 20 minutes of confusion, they realized the car was still available—but it was in the shop with a cracked bumper that was never disclosed or shown in the online listing photos. I was told I couldn’t test drive it because the paint “needed to set,” but they encouraged me to leave a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. I agreed, despite all the red flags. The next day (June 24), David texted me that the car was ready. I replied that I could come pick it up on Thursday, and I also asked a simple question: “Would I be able to take the car to a mechanic in town for a pre-buy inspection?” That’s when communication completely broke down. David never responded. Instead, I received vague texts from an unfamiliar number, asking me to call a different number—with no mention of MB Motors or the vehicle. It felt like spam. I texted David again with my availability and still got no reply. When I finally called the number, I reached someone named Emil, who told me that because I asked about a pre-purchase inspection, they refunded my deposit and sold the car to someone else. I read my original message to Emil word-for-word and asked how that could justify canceling my sale. He called it a “miscommunication.” I told him I was shocked and disappointed at how unprofessionally the whole thing was handled—and he hung up on me without saying a word. Tanner, I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the confusion and lack of communication regarding the vehicle. Your feedback is invaluable, and we take these matters seriously as we strive to improve our services. To clarify few points you have mentioned, doing a pre-purchase inspection is always recommended by our team when client request it. In your case today, the inspection request came in after the fact you placed the hold. Please note our policy for placing hold is valid unless client wants to do pre-purchase inspection, as other clients would be willing to buy the car the way it is and therefore we can’t just hold the vehicle for you and that’s why we would have not collected a hold from your end. When you advised David that you would like to do an inspection on it automatically the car is no longer on hold for you, as we had other client who was ready to just buy it. Keep in mind all our cars are available to be inspected by any shop in our area of the choice of our clients. I can understand how you would jump into that conclusion, is trying to hide something about the car, however that is never ever the case. We took the car on trade and had small damage to the bumper that yet to be addressed and fixed. I totally understand your frustration when you find a car you really like and get sold before you get a chance. Bought a truck from David Irvine.

Bought a truck from David Irvine. David was super helpful and wasn’t pushy at all helped me make sure I was getting a good deal and get part of the air conditioning/ heater fixed on the truck. Would definitely recommend seeing him for your next car purchase!

I had a great experience with excellent customer service

I had a great experience with excellent customer service from Mb Motors. As an out-of-state buyer, Mb Motors worked with me to send extra videos of the vehicle I was interested in, reserved the vehicle so that I could fly in to take a test drive and stayed past closing time to complete the transaction. George and the staff at Mb Motors were easy to deal with and not pushy at all. We will definitely come back to Mb Motors when we are looking for our next vehicle.
