Bunch of liars and vehicles overpriced and will have issues . Definitely a lemon lot dealership. Better of going to 82nd in Portland Oregon. Don’t trust this place . Bought a vehicle there had issues supposedly fixed the issue but lied showed them pictures of the issue and they totally ignored and fixed something totally different that didn’t need repaired. xxxx this place and the owner of this place and the service side.

Such nice friendly people. Never felt pressued to purchase a vehicle, they worked tirelessly with our credit union to get financing figured out. Definitely our go to dealership from now on.

This was an easy and relaxed buying experience that did not end once we bought the car. The staff worked with us to address a few minor details and I found their repair shop staff both knowledge and friendly. This is a place I intend to visit again in the future.

I've probably bought over 30 cars in my lifetime, and my experience at Brookwood Auto Group was, without a doubt, the easiest and least stressful of all. Michael was quick to greet upon my arrival, but didn't hover and let me look at what I came to see without any pressure. He was knowledgeable about the backgrounds of the cars at which I was looking, and let me go out on a couple of test drives on my own. When it came time to make the deal, the process was simple and pleasant, with no pressure or any of the shady tactics you find in 99% of other places. Paperwork was over with quickly and I was on my way way. This was definitely a first class auto-buying experience, and I would recommend without hesitation that anyone looking to purchase a premium auto come to Brookwood Auto Group first. There's just no reason to go anywhere else.

Getting our "new/used" car yesterday was a very stressful experience but WOW, the company we went to Brookwood Auto Group made it seem like a breeze. The owner Michael was an angel who was so professional and transparent. It was an absolute pleasure working with this man and company. Anyone in Portland who is used car shopping, do yourself a favor and work with this company.

I have bought a lot of cars in the past, and this was by far the best experience ever! A friend recommended I check out Brookwood when I was looking for a truck. They had a great truck, adjusted the price to fit my budget, and even paid for a small repair that came up a few weeks later. No typical dealership games or cold shoulder after I bought the truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good car.
