Heritage Truck and Automotive

It is unfortunate that there is no communication from the dealership. You fill out request stuff and don't hear back. The websites from their own, to Facebook, to this site all have different hours. I go there since I didn't hear back from them and in person wasn't good. Unless you are mechanical and know what you are doing with cars, you should skip this place.

This is a good, honest and respectable car dealer. After searching for a vehicle for a few months, we found the one we were looking for at Heritage. Tony and Juline were a pleasure to work with. No pressure, no haggling, nothing hidden and I test drove the vehicle alone. The vehicle needed a little bit of work and they took care of it. There isn’t much to the office, but that’s not why we were there. The 2012 Chrysler Town and Country is in beautiful condition and we will definitely give Heritage Truck and Auto our future business. Side note; Aside from the vehicle price, there is a $500 DOC fee, but that was mentioned before we signed.

Just a dirty place. The woman at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. I self inspected the work done and honestly my teenager could have done better work. Very let down by their overall company. Especially by the utter disrespect from the receptionist.

So after months of shopping around I found a truck I was interested in at this dealership. Body and frame was in very nice condition motor ran well and transmission shifted smoothly so I decided to buy it. One week after purchasing it the dealer texted me saying he forgot some paperwork for the temp plats and asked me to mail it to him and he would send me the posting cost well needless to say he never did. Another week goes by and a check engine light comes on so I text him he denies all things even though the car fax shows it fail state inspection twice for same code so he cleared it and put something in the gas so it would pass his inspection also why he won’t let you take a test drive alone. To top it all off the wheels where no good he just spray painted them the lug nuts where worn out and the tires where 7 years old and the A/C still doesn’t work. So just be very careful and spend lots of time looking at the vehicle you buy from him very disappointed.

Tony and his wife were nothing but kind to me. As a former mechanic for a big dealership I knew what to look for in a vehicle and can rapidly spot sub par vehicles. First I was a bit skeptical because his wife was sitting on a vehicle outside. I was not sure it was a legit business. By talking to them more and more I realized they were legit and they are extremely nice. We bought a 2013 Honda Crv and the car had 4 brand new tires, new brakes and new battery. And the price was very competitive and fair. I would recommend my friend and family to buy their vehicules at Heritage Truck and Auto!

What a great place to buy a used car! Tony and his wife was great. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav4 on saturday 5/14/2019.The car was extremely clean and did what he did promise he was going to do. A month later my brakes was making noise so I called him. Without hesitation he said bring it over and he replaced not only the pads but also the rotors. It is so great to know there are dealership outthere that are not so concern about profit margin but instead care about the safety of their customer. Great job! and I will tell all my friends and families about Heritage Truck and Auto.

So I wasn't even at this place for more then 5 min I didn't even test drive the car! The car had more miles then described and was filthy! I took the key out of the ignition and the car did not turn off. There is no push button or anything car just wouldn't turn off till I started it and killed it again. I explained to the guy what happened and he didn't even believe me. Absolute crap cars would not trust! The sales guy seemed nice didn't really talk to him much and I didn't get to see the inside of the building but I would not do business here.

Tony and wife worked with me to get me into the beautiful used Tacoma I now own. Everyone loves it. Even my mechanic was impressed!

We were looking for a very reliable car and found a very nice 2008 Honda Accord. We had the car for 2 months and still running fine.

We shopped hard across multiple states for a specific used vehicle and Heritage CRUSHED the competition on price and value. Also they offered the best extended warranty contracts we've found. Honest and hardworking sales staff (Tony Baptiste :-) -- a totally positive buying experience! We'll be back next time we need a used vehicle for business or family.
