my car has known no other dealer in it’s automobile life. I would not dream of taking my car any where else. Jennifer has been my rock. And if I was a car. She would be my l lifeline

Price was higher than told over the phone, would have been fine with it if I didn't sell this ticket myself. Nothing extra added to what I originally asked for, I know it's rough to ask when price is already high but if I needed something it wouldn't have hurt to attempt to make the sale. Nothing extraordinary to say, got what I expected going in and coming out of it.

I like how they always provide me with great service they always greet me at my vehicle and if I need a loaner vehicle or a ride that's the first thing they take care of I had them perform a 60k service and I was very impressed my vehicle feels new I'm happy with all the service advisors and mechanics that work with my vehicle I also like how clean the service department is and they always have someone coming around cleaning

Came in for basic maintenance plus having battery evaluated for replacement. Maintenance was done quickly and well. Evaluation of the battery dragged on for hours. Tests were twice or thrice depending on who I talked to. Because it was a new battery that wouldn’t hold a charge, they had to,”make sure.” After five hours of being strung along I received a replacement battery. I had a trickle charger on the battery to help me start the car. It was reinstalled after the battery replacement, polarity reversed. Apparently your battery replacer doesn’t comprehend positive or negative or red and black.

They are always very friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here for maintenance for over two years now and I still don’t have any complaints. Everyone treats you like family here and I appreciate it
