You tell me if this is a reputable business

Contacted the dealership about a Jaguar XE and spoke to a salesperson (Theresa). Asked if the price was negotiable via text. She texts me back that the sales manager said he would take $500 off the price of the car. I asked for a couple pictures of the car because there was just a stock picture on the site. Sends me a picture with an empty drink bottle laying on the floor. I excuse this and I said I would stop in to see the car. I get there and they only basically let me drive it around the block even after I asked if there were any curved roads to test it on and she said no and directed me back to the dealership. I researched the car so I let that slide also. I sit down thinking I'll be negotiating a price starting with the $500 off. She comes back and gives me a price per month and I tell her where I actually want to be to purchase the car. She tells me he is not discounting the car now. She doesn't even go back to the sales manager or anything. So, I obviously leave. I call her on the phone on my way home and clarify that the offer she gave me was not with the $500 off. She said no he won't change the price of the car and says she never told me that. I have a text on my phone stating that directly that I would get the $500 off or I wouldn't have driven an hour to get to them after work. Obviously, I was lied to just to get me in to the dealership. So, a sales manager named Ryan leaves me a VM the next day to discuss the interaction at the dealership. I call him back after I get out of work and leave a VM to contact me, I gave him 48 hours and he never called me back, so this why I am giving this review to protect people from being taken advantage of at this dealership. To make it worse the next day I log on to their website and they are advertising an estimated payment that is $15 a month less than what they were trying to get me to pay which I have a picture of on my phone. And my credit rating was the same and I was offering to put down a larger down payment than was listed on the site for that deal. Now you tell me is this a reputable way to do business?
