All of the people working at Luther Cadillac were courteous and professional. They were willing to work with us to make a deal happen, and made it clear that our satisfaction was a priority. Our deal was managed by Scott, who is the most wonderful salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Will definitely take my business here in the future!

2nd oil change new CTSV
the service department was very friendly and respectful through out my whole time waiting for oil change. The sales staff even visited with me and made me feel at home.

Oil change was fine but it would have been nice if they respected my health and wore a mask when they discussed my vehicle per the CDC guidelines.

This is the first Cadillac I owned!
I had purchased a Subaru from Luther Subaru of White Bear and Chevrolet Silverado and a GMC Truck from Luther Chevrolet & GMC in Hudson, Wisconsin. I thought the staff was good at these Dealerships!!!!!!! BUT the staff at Luther Roseville Cadillac was far ABOVE these other stores and maybe they should be training these people how to interact. Beware Luther advantage is not supported
My daughter bought her first vehicle from them a used CX5. Tt rained a couple of days after she had it and water seeped into the headlight assembly. They had sold us on the "Luther Advantage" which states they thoroughly inspect every used car and offer a 30-day warranty, so we assumed they would fix the issue. We were told that Luther only covers a part failure. Apparently, the headlight assembly failed to keep water out of it, but because the lights work it was not covered. Dan, the used car manager, seemed to have no interest in making this right and differed to the salesperson. When my daughter brought the vehicle in, they were going to just order the part and set up an appointment to repair it and charge her. This is her first time dealing with car issues and a dealer, so for Luther to attempt to take advantage of her inexperience seemed unethical. I followed up with Dan and he indicated they would only pay for labor, as we got a “good deal” on the car, which leads me to believe they sold it knowing of the problem. If you are buying a new Cadillac, I suppose they treat you better than if you are buying a 4-year-old Mazda. I would suggest looking somewhere other than a Luther dealer to purchase a vehicle, as the Luther advantage only seems to be an advantage for Luther.
