Senior Advisor Charlie at Vadnais Heights is very rude! Not go say he's racist but he accused my wife on trying to get free services and spoke to her like she was illiterate and my wife spoke to the supervisor Eric about the situation but he just brush it off like it was a normal thing to do. We will take our business elsewhere.

My husband and I was going shopping, but wanted to test drive the 2021 VW ATLAS. When we walked in we were greeted by Chase and everything went well from there very down to earth he was transparent about everything we asked about the car. Then we were passed to the finance guy Larry which made the whole process easy easy ☺️ and we left with our new 2021 VW Atlas after a deer took out our 2019 VW ATLAS.
