This dealership has serviced and repaired my 2007 Hyundai Elantra since I moved to Spokane in 2016. The service has been superior and the charges reasonable. I have never been pressured to have repairs done. Recommendations were made with a quote for the repairs. The actual cost of all repairs I have had completed were equal to the estimate. Robert has always been courteous and helpful.

I came in to the Hyundai dealership for an oil change and Alex was my service advisor. It was a simple job and done very quickly.

Service Adviser Robert seemed to be waiting for me when I dropped off my car for the oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked when he came into the waiting area to tell me the car was ready, the entire service took less than 30 minutes! It was also very heartwarming to hear that he personally appreciates the mechanic that worked on my car. I did not get his name, but apparently he is the best at oil changes in the entire area. Robert said he felt blessed for that. I also need to mention that I didn't have to pay anything when it was done, the pricing was included in my contract when I purchased the car with you folks! This entire experience truly made my day! Thank you Spokane Hyundai!
