AC work
My ac had a very small leak. Westgate provided me with a loaner vehicle until they found the problem and fixed it. Morgan and Adam were great to work with.

Willie was very friendly and helpful kept us informed of what was going on we were a little disappointed they couldn’t get us in faster seeing we were from out of town and on a trip

Great Service & Fast
When my brand new Ram 1500 failed to engage drive 5 times with less 360 miles on the truck I called Megan King and she scheduled an appointment 2,hours later that same day. The service Dept investigated the problem, found a technical bulletin on the problem, installed the new software and had me on my way in record time.

Out Of State
I’m sure this dealership is good if you are buying locally, but terrible if buying from out if state. It has been almost a month since i purchased my vehicle and it still is not registered and I paid a $650 documentation fee that was “non-negotiable. James Battle, my salesman, was great. It is the back office that has problems.

New car buyer
Looking for a new Challenger, Westgate Dodge had a large inventory of several different versions of the Challenger on the lot. Was able to find the trim I wanted in the color I wanted. Test drive and the making of the deal was great. Jim our salesman was friendly and knowledgable and let this old MOPAR nut reminisce about the old days and not so old days. Car was detailed and full of gas when we left the lot. Would suggest this dealerships to anyone and if and when its time for another new Dodge I and my family will be back!

Some nice salespeople, some terrible
I work in a seperate type of sales and I’m not a low baller (and was going to take asking price because a trusted friend who works here told me they’re actually asking a very good price and from my research) but I understand how salespeople are. I recently was looking at a car here and said that I was interested in one but they sold it the next day.. that’s because the only loan I was able to get (or that they told me about) from their search was about 100%apr of what I was spending ON THE CAR so I’d rather go to my bank and spend 5-15%. I have fair/good credit and my other current auto loan company charges me 5% so I told them I’ll find the money and come back. They called me and said they can work something out on the other car that they up-sold me to so I went back (driving a total of over an hour again) and spent at least an hour of my day driving and another waiting there and the second salesman said “we are (he is) going to wait until tomorrow when the first salesman you were with is back” because he didn’t want to do the paperwork to sell me a car... I was going to take their crappy 100%apr loan and buy it tonight simply because I’m tired of the bs and the first salesman was more social and respectful and all but instead I might just go to my bank and go shopping through carmax and pay a little extra so that I can be well treated. A while back when I was looking at a car at Fred Anderson Toyota, the salesman acted like he was my best friend and honestly he won me over quickly and easily because of that. Only reason I didn’t buy there is he wouldn’t budge at all on an overpriced used vehicle. I was polite, and I didn’t ask for any money off the vehicle. I even mentioned that this will be both a personal and business vehicle and that I plan to shop with them again for me and my business. The second guy was a crappy salesman (coming from a management point of view) Adrian was a nice and friendly guy, don’t get me wrong. It was mainly just the second unknown guy who convinced me to get on here and look elsewhere. I hate to tell the public this, but something that looking here taught me, is that anyone can be a car salesman.
