Recently bought a 2018 BMW M550i MSRP at $83,000. 30 days later I am back at BMW getting all new tires because they had failed state inspection standards. JUST 30 after purchase. I have called 6 different managers. Still have not received a call back. They have been dodging my calls. Double check everything before you buy from them. I would suggest going to a different BMW dealer. BMW Westbrook is terrible. BMW Westbrook had bad customer service.
Terrible customer service.

Worst experience
If your new to the BMW market or a repeat customer stay clear of this dealership!! Customer service both in the sales and service departments lack any kind of loyalty. We had a horrible experience April 2018 ordering a new vehicle since they lied to us multiple times and finally took delivery from Spartanburg middle of July. I can understand when you order from Germany but they failed to mention they were unable to allocate the model we ordered!! I found out by calling SC directly and that’s when I was told the actually truth. I reached out to the owner of Bill Dodge ( Winn Dodge)and he abruptly responded with a disturbing email. They think because they are the only dealer in Maine they can be disrespectful then they live in fantasy land...NH & MA are a short drive. The service manager is a treat...NOT....had the opportunity to overhear her yelling at customers on the phone!! STAY clear of this dealership!!!

Don’t deliver what they promise
Buyer Beware. Sales agents will sell you a car with options that aren’t included. If you try to get them to work and come in for service you are told you will have to buy them. They say they never told you the car had the options. You don’t remember the conversation. Bait and Switch at its worst. Go there if you want to be taken advantage of, otherwise stay away.
