I am very happy with my purchase. I did not believe I could afford a new car but after talking to Mr. Edd Green and Ms. Tammy Soloman, I was able to purchase a 2016 Toyota Camry. I felt comfortable and was very excited about having the car. Thank you both for your assistance!

Horrible Finance Department
Great sales staff but when it was time to complete the deal with finance dept. Which took forever as I watched them go get food and come back and eat it. Rude and money hungry dept. Starr was very blunt in explaining the paperwork that I was signing and seemed inpatient with me when asked and tried to force warranties on me. Very aggressive attitude

Brand new car
Fred Stephens is a great salesman and has a funny sense of humor. Definitely his calling. Eddie the finance Manager was Excellent! He made my wife and I feel right at home from beginning to the end. Santos was very nice and helpful when we signed the contract! Awesome TEAM!

A sigh of relief
Jarrett was diligent in his efforts to help. The manager was even more friendly. The dealership was busy and I like how the salesmen didn't bombard you once you entered the lot. I would have like someone to approach me due to the fact that when you walk in from the opposite side you didn't see exactly where the receptionist was but outside of that it was great. I didn't close the deal that day but when I was ready and didn't have a ride to the dealership, Jarrett came and picked me up in the middle of rush hour traffic. I live 45 minutes away on a good day and then I hadn't made it home from work yet and he patiently waited. One of the things I noticed is that they were determined not to let anyone leave without being completely satisfied and especially without a new whip! The finance manager was concerned...when we were in the office closing the deal we both smelled something burning. She immediately asked someone to come escort me out the office until she found the source. That showed concern about me as a person and not just a customer. She was thorough in her overview, thus I knew exactly what my percentage rate, coverage, etc. was without having to try to figure it out. I'm a tough customer due to the fact that I've been in the car search for a while, was burned by another dealership, and my credit and income wasn't that great. I was also financed by a top rate reputable company and not some unknown finance company. The extras that they offer is bar none and really sealed the deal for me. Although I went into the dealership with low expectations and just wanted a used car. I rode off with a new car and a bunch of amenities. All and all I'll give them an A+ and would recommend a friend to go there and actually did...

Melanie Salim was great!
I enjoyed my visit and my salesperson, Melanie Salim. She was attentive and took care of us. Mike was also the greatest. He walked us through the process, along with Melanie. In love with my car
If you're looking for a car you HAVE to see Ethel Williams. I was kind of scared going to a dealership because I don't have very much credit and was afraid I would not be leaving with a car. I desperately needed a new one due to my old car breaking down for good and Ethel made it happen for me. Ethel was patient and really cared about what my boyfriend and I were looking for, and also what we could actually afford. She answered any and ALL questions we had. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received.

Happy with my Camry
I am very pleased with my 2016 Camry. I have driven Acura's for the last 20 years. This is my first Toyota. I like the car. Edd Green made my car shopping experience very easy. Mr. Green listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Mr. Green is a nice man with a good spirit.
