Wallace Volvo

Just bought my 2nd Volvo at Wallace and it was a great experience for my wife and I. Aaron was our Sales Rep and he was very knowledgeable and helpful along with Chris the Manager on getting us to where we wanted to be. Steve Pearl was the Finance Manager who made the final part of process enjoyable. Overall, everyone was fantastic and we will definitely come back for our next vehicle.

Depending on who you talk to ,we got a different story, salesman Adam was great , the GM ,,large guy was very rude, didn't introduce himself, didn't stand up and shake my hand. And a lot of pressure he puts on,used this deal is for today only, we walked out then , they said they would fill the gas tank up, and it requires premium. And he said, that doesn't matter, we can put regular in it. I put regular in my car, not very knowledgeable in that, i'm surprised he's the GM be careful when dealing with him !!!

The customer service at Wallace is excellent. My salesperson was very knowledgeable. He couldn't have been more accommodating and at no time did he try to push me into a quick purchase.

I leased an XC40 today and it was worth the 5 hr round trip drive. Joshua is the best and the nicest sales person I talked to at a car dealership. I called lots of dealers, and nobody had the patience to answer all my questions except Joshua. This place is the best, they offer you a deal and that’s what you see on paper when you visit. Steve in finance was great, Nicola emailed and called me before I visited the place.
