Ray Howard was a wonderful sales representative. We traded our 2024 Volkswagen TAOS for a 2025 Ford Escape, 4162 miles with a listing price of $40,985.00. The Volkswagen listing price was $19,500.00. We love our new car. Ray also showed us the rear yard with all the new 2025 Fords and trade-ins. It was incredible. We originally was looking for 2025 Ford Escape, but he showed the used car that had was much more electric controls. We scheduled the car to go back on Monday, 27th for our rain guards, Owners Manual and Maintenance Schedule. We will also get an Inspection Sticker. Ray Howard did a fantastic job of listing everything our new car offered. OS

Maybe???? I would recommend this dealership.I have very mixed feelings about it, as you can read in my review. On the late evening of September 29, 2025, I met with Mr. Kevin Pereira, Empire Ford of Fall River's sales manager. The meeting was to decide whether to purchase or lease a 2025 Ford Mustang Mach E electric SUV . We agreed on a $58,840 price for the car. In trying to make the decision, I offered my $25,000 Acura as trade in and an additional $20,000 in cash, with the rest of the purchase, taxes, dealer prep, and other costs to be financed over 3 years. Mister Pereira quoted a seven percent financing interest rate for the 3 year term. That rate made the monthly financing payments too expensive for me. For that reason I decided to lease the car rather than purchase. Reading up on Ford interest rates when I got home, I discovered that the interest rate I had been told was not true. The rate was actually 0% interest for the Ford Mustang Mach E., not 7 %. Leasing would cost me about $15,000 more to buy the car at the end of the lease than it would have if I bought it right then as I offered to do. The next day I asked that the least be cancelled. I was refused. Despite my assumption that that Mr. Pereira's information was true, and making my decision based on it, he said the lease had already been signed and he could do nothing to reverse it. Mr. Pereira also stated that he did not know that Ford was offering 0% interest on the Mustang Mach E rather than 7% . Did not know? Is it not the responsibility of Empire Ford’s General Manager Bryce Sewell to make sure that all of his staff know the relevant interest rates for their vehicles so that they can offer their customers the best choices. I know Empire Ford staff worked hard to get me a good lease. But I would have preferred to buy. I am disheartened that the wrong information cost me the opportunity to save thousands of dollars. I would hope that in the future Empire Fords sale’s policy is not caveat emptor, or to loosely paraphrase, not inform the buyer of significant factors in the decision making process.
