Took car in Thursday night for Friday 7:30 appointment.
Took car in Thursday night for Friday 7:30 appointment. Oil change, reset sensor for oil levels(not reset in July after oil change), tire pressure sensors ( replaced last summer), and two new tires. Because of a tire special (buy three get 4th for $1.00), I purchased 4. I was told that the tires would be delivered Monday and car should be ready that evening. I was contacted Monday afternoon that the tires had not arrived and they should be delivered Tuesday and the car would be ready Tuesday afternoon. When I called Tuesday afternoon, not ready. Wednesday afternoon I called back and was told that it was just finished. If the tire special was not going on, I would have gone to NTB who had tires in stock and I could have had the car on the next day, Saturday, not the following week and paid a couple dollars more. However, since the sensors for oil was not reset in July and the tire pressure sensors were defective from last year, I wanted these items corrected. And they were. I do want to say that Oscar was always very friendly and professional with everything that I asked him. There seems to be a high turnover of service staff with the good people not staying long. I have 4 cars from Bomnin with three being serviced regularly there. My daughter has the fourth car in another city and gets it serviced regularly at her local Chevy dealer. So, I am very familiar with the staff and their relationship with customers. Keep the good ones. Even the new supervisor (Abel) has mellowed into a good one!!😀👍
