After being misled and coerced to sign and promised an issue would be fixed after the purchase they have since ignored me and any of my requests. Stay away from this lousy place there are too many other dealerships you can buy from.

Matt Jones was an excellent salesman and I would recommend him to any friends and family. He was super knowledgeable and very fast getting the entire process done. I enjoyed chatting with who and glad he was our salesman-he was not pushy and was pleasure to buy from.

Facility: Clean, bright, easy to navigate, great selection of vehicles Staff: Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming Specifically, I had the pleasure of working with Saad to purchase my vehicle, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was fantastic to work with and is my first recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I traded in and bought a used vehicle in one go and thanks to Saad and the team it went smoothly and honestly stress free. Saad answered all of my (many) questions and he, along with the rest of the Steven Nissan team, helped me get through the whole process without a hitch. 11/10 would recommend.

Matt jones was amazing.

Matt jones was amazing. 2nd time buying from him. Great guy. Put this man up for raise lemme tell ya this man is a great salesman and overall a great guy. Will fight for you and what you want.

Their service center is wonderful!

Their service center is wonderful!! They are always able to squeeze me in and have a great price compared to other dealers around town. They are awesome at what they do.

Awesome inventory.

Awesome inventory. good staff. knowledgeable. They were fast and easy. Budget friendly. Timely also. i bought a 2015 Tacoma and 2017 ford f-150 from them in the past.

SHADY and ILLEGAL practices If this review gets just one customer to not use this dealership it will be worth it. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. This was a site unseen deal which I have done before with no issues. I spoke to the dealer Diente Majors multiple times back and forth. We finally agreed on a price, and I was happy. He called me an hour later saying they did not calculate the taxes right and it would be additional money due to TN taxes. I said I was not interested. He then called me 30minutes later saying that he messed up again and that it was the original because they calculated the tax for VA and not TN. I live in TN. So the original prices discussed was valid and I purchased the vehicle. Fast forward a year later when I went to renew my tags and I was told that the car was not registered in the state of TN and the license plate was still attached to my Jeep Grand Cherokee which I traded in. I went to the clerk and they told me that the dealership never transferred the tag to the state of TN. I got all of the paper work completed and then I was told I needed to bring a bill of sale and the document to the clerk to finish the transfer. I called the dealership finance department for two weeks straight to get a copy of the bill of sale, left numerous VM's and was never called back. I was finally able to get a bill of sale after speaking to the manager. I took the documents to the clerk and was told that I owed close to 3k dollars because of the taxes. I again called the dealership and they stated that they never completed the transfer and that they had sent me a check. They then verified that check had never been cashed. They re-issued me a new check for 1716.38. That amount is1239.59 less than the taxes. I called again and they said that the check was the taxes they calculated. So they charged me for the taxes of VA not TN. I asked the TN clerk if there was a penalty of any sort. They said no that is what the dealer should have charged you. I would not have purchased the vehicle if I had to pay an extra 1k. Dealer is refusing to pay the difference. They admitted their mistake to me and told me it was their fault but they refuse to pay. Essentially they said that we knew you would have to pay 1k extra dollars but it isn’t our problem.

CS, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We have spoke multiple times since this occurred to try and correct things. After the sale we tried to get in contact with you many times because we did not have everything we needed at the point of sale to transfer your tags in Tennessee. After not being able to get in contact with you we had to title only the vehicle and sent you a check to do your own taxes. After seeing the check had not been cashed we canceled the original check and sent another one out. We have done everything we could for you and apologize that the outcome is not up to par.
