Matt Castrucci Honda

Important to know what happens when your new car breaks down under warranty and they need to keep it for a while. My next car will come from a dealership that provides something for me to get around in if they are unable to complete warranty work in a timely manner for that kind of money. No one wants to be walking to work and begging rides for days or possibly weeks with a new car sitting at dealership waiting for warranty work.

I had a new salesperson he needed to be more knowledgeable. He also forgot to put the temporary tag on it when I left the dealership. The manager had to drive it to my house.

This place is too incompetent to change a tire in less than a full business day. They strung me along all day saying it was almost finished. I could ve done it myself in less time by watching a YouTube video. Everyone in the shop appears to be brand new. I finally gave up and demanded they release my car. They claimed to have just removed the tire. The service manager apparently found this funny. I did not. I will never return and they couldn't care less. [

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle here. We had been to multiple dealership and Al Glover was a standout salesman, he went above and beyond to find the exact car we were looking for and gave us plenty of space and time to explore the vehicle before we purchased to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. We ended up buying a new Pilot and have been very pleased with the purchase. Al even made sure to walk us through all of the features of the vehicle and was available for questions after the purchase. I would purchase from Al and Matt Castrucci again in the future!

He was kind enough to show me the new 2025 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. The experience was quite enjoyable, with a smooth and quiet engine, no issues, was a pleasant touch. This was my first time purchasing a car, and Mr. David's assistance throughout the entire process was invaluable.

We just stopped in to look! Drove a crv and loved it. We left there drove another vehicle. Went straight to our bank to purcase it. Our sales associate was Dawn Howard. She went above and beyond. We not only had a wonderful person to deal with but I do believe we have met a friend !! I would recommend her to anyone. She was so amazing. We just loved her.
