By far the worst service department I've ever experienced. If you take your vehicle here, may God have mercy on your soul. Do not expect to get a return call or them proactively calling you to give you status update on your vehicle. It will not happen. I've been on hold multiple times for over 20 minutes. Matter of fact, I'm currently on hold as I type this. In addition to abysmal customer service, they lie and don't do quality work. I just recently got my vehicle back after about 3 weeks of service to find my vehicle in poor shape i.e. multiple grease stains on the upholstery, scuff marks that weren't there before, and pieces that weren't fitted together properly when reinstalled. Regarding dishonesty, I've caught them lying. Example, called one morning spoke to someone and was told it's on it's last test run we'll give you a call in an hour. Three hours passed no return call. I call again and get someone different and was told oh, it's on it's last test run as soon as its back we'll give you a call. I didn't say anything because honestly it wouldn't have done any good. Never did receive a call back so I called again late afternoon and was told it was finally ready. Then I find it in the shape it's currently in. They do not care about your vehicle. They do not care about you as the customer. You are better buying elsewhere especially if you have to deal with this service team. As an update, I'm still on hold. I'm going on 33 minutes. Let's see if I can get to an hour! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. IF YOU DO, GOOD LUCK IF YOU NEED ANY REPAIRS OR SERVICE.

We just purchased a new Nissan Murano Platinum.
We just purchased a new Nissan Murano Platinum. We were very pleased with our salesperson, Lulu. She was new at the dealership but went out of her way to assist us, getting answers when needed. Even though we had had a Murano 2018 and were familiar with the car, she and Chasyn were great, spending a good amount of time with us to help us learn how to operate all the technology on the new model. Adrian, a sales manager, assured us, also, that they would accommodate us on anything we would need. All in all, buying this car was a great experience!

I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car
I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! They were always patient and respectful. Keep these guys!

100% grateful for the hard work that these guys put into
100% grateful for the hard work that these guys put into helping me get out of a lease that I was very unhappy with from another dealership and into a great vehicle with Castrucci! Very disappointed!
Very disappointed!!! Went in to lease my fourth vehicle besides the previous vehicles I have purchased and disappointed in the offers! Doesn’t pay to be a loyal customer! Drive out of my way to purchase from this dealership and it was a waste! I am done! I am over this dealership and Nissan!!!! Don’t go here!!! Keep shopping around!!!!!don’t waste your time energy or effort!
