Won’t return my phone calls
I been searching for a vehicle for my wife for Mother's Day, and seen a CLA 250 on line at Car Lott dealership. I called and spoke with a sales person and was told the vehicle is in like new condition, we do a thorough inspection and everything that needs to be done to the vehicle from front to back we take care of it. We do a A1 inspection. He called me about 10 times on Friday about different things, and I was happy on what he told me and asked him to hold it for me and was told I had to pay over the phone a $1,000 deposit. No problem, I paid it. Me and my wife went there the next day and paid the $18,000 balance in full, (Saturday). We noticed that they didn’t do a good job on detailing the car (but no big deal) so we call our detailer to come over and clean the car. As he was wiping the car down, the bumper On one side fell down, immediately called the sales person and asked him have this vehicle been an accident and he said no but let me check the Carfax and and talk to my boss, I’ll call you back. I took pictures and sent them to him One hour passed by, 2 hours, 3 hours so I sent him this text (?) Just before they closed he sent this (Idk man my Boss drove that car for days on end, and nothing ever happened to it ) They wouldn’t answer my calls anymore. And I got on my back and looked under the bumper, it has been in a accident and the reason why the bumper won’t stay on is because the frame is still push in and nothing to hold on to, It was only covered up, long enough to sell the car If you don’t believe me look at the pictures I spent $19,000 cash with them, they’re worse than a thief Ask your self is that customer service? Or a crook? So why am I writing this or feeling this way, because me and my wife are business owners, let’s just say they didn’t know about this, if we found out that someone bumper fell a day later we would immediately make it right, even if it costed us $500, we spent almost $20,000 cash with this dealership, am I right?

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. Bought a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport that broke down within days of the purchase. Needed $1500 in repairs to fix issues with the gear wiring harness. The Ford technician said this should have been caught and fixed by the dealer. Bought the car 'as is,' which comes with risks, but will not be recommending Car Loft to anyone.

Avoid if you can
First off, the vehicle listed was not the same trim model when I arrived. I get in the vehicle and the drivers side power side didn't work. When I take it on the test drive, the hood hadn't been latched properly. It looked fine pulling off the lot, but when I got on the highway, the hood flew up. Not a great experience. Wouldn't recommend.

RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME CAUSE IT WAS MY FIEST CAR AND I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING I HAD $500 FOR DOWNPAYMENT AND THEY APPROVED ME WITH IT THEN THIS NAS GUY CALLED ME SAYING I SHOULD COME FOR CAR SO I DECIDED TO COME FOR IT WHEN I TOLD HIM IMMO HAVE IT SHIP HE CHANGE HIS MOUTH HE SAID I CANT SHIP CAR WITHOUT A $1,000 downpayment and after the CONTRACT … so I paid him IN TOTAL I GAVE HIM $1,000 cause he claim the $1000 would take car off lot so IM IN NC THEY IN VA SO I TOLD HIM I WOULDNT MAKE IT UP THERE FOR CAR SO ID COME NEXT DAY SO THEY MAIL THE CONTRACT HAD ME SIGNED IT HE SAY WHEN I SIGN THE CONTRACT I CAN PICK UP CAR SO I DID SIGN THE CONTRACT AND TOLD HIM THAT IM READY TO SHIP CAR I. PUT INSURANCE ON CAR OCTOBER 7 and ITS OCT 21 I haven’t receive the vehicle they are so different smh I regret them SO HE CHANGE HIS MOUTH AGAIN AND SAID I CANT GET CAR WITHOUT BANK APPROVE ME I WAS LIKE SO HOW U CALL AND TOLD ME YOU AND BANK APPROVED ME ANYWAYS SO I WAITED 3 weeks THEY WOULD IGNORE MY CALL AND WHEN I DO CALL THEY SEND ME MESSAGE SAYING HE GONE CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DO I PUT insurance on the car and everything and days goes by THEY STILL HAVE THE DOWNPAYMENT AND THE CAR SO THE BANK DECLINE ME FOR INSUFFICIENT CREDIT WHERE THEY CLAIM “YOUR CREDIT DOESNT MATTER HERE” HE THEN MADE EXCUSE SAY MY PAYSTUBS IS FAKE WHICH THEY WEREN’T I MAKE ADEQUATE MONEY MONTHLY ANYWAY I ASK HIM FOR MY $1,000 refund he said it don’t work like that I began to cry and start stressing n he said he gone ask management if I could get it back n he wanted to give me $505 out my $1,000 bare in mind I haven’t drive off car or nothing I said I want all my money they want to give me back $700 I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GETTING ALL MY $1,000 back cause I haven’t even touch the car but god don’t like ugly nor he sleeps he sit high and look low why would you want to rob from me?

Bad people to buy from.
I saw the truck I wanted on their website paid down payment . I live in another state paid my money in full I ask what problems with the truck to fix any problem it they said nothing ,but had to replace everything underneath painted everything under black to hid thing that are wrong and I still don’t have my title and they charge for everything little thing and they charge me $25 to send me my title and it been a week and I still don’t have my title don’t buy from them.

Should have been more cautious
I purchased a car, was going well with Sammi, I asked for the price out the door, tax, title etc, I should have not taken their word and checked the sales invoice before, signing. Was surprised to get a bill at the DMV for taxes not paid. Lesson learned, do not trust anyone. I even have the text saved stating yes out the door! Also paperwork says all electronics in working order, well side view mirrors do not work, I reached out as soon as the car was delivered, no response. Lastly a lot of dings on the car, just wish they would have shared that! Sticker in the car says oil needs to be changed in 200 miles, sales said it was changed and I should be good for 3000 miles, but now I’m worried after these reviews! Hopefully I did not just make a huge $12,000 mistake! Just be careful out there, sale made and now they are just hiding!

Car loft on Lafayette blvd -Scammers and crooks
Carloft Fredericksburg VA—- I returned from deployment a month ago and went to these guys to get a car but that was the biggest mistake of my life and I will humbly caution that you do not even go close to those guys. They intentionally sold me a faulty car and a day following the purchase the car became undrivable became of transmission issue. I returned the car and they gave me another car with engine related problems. They told me not to call the bank and when I did call the bank, the bank could no longer trust them and reverse the loan because the bank had a bad prior experience with them. They refused to refund my money and crafted false stories just to take away my down payment. They went as far as faking my signature on documents stating no refunds. We are currently in court. They are all scammers, cheats and liars. When i call the police, the officer admitted that they are crocks.They are smart with their paperwork just to dube you. Their cars are the worse of all so beware.

Mr. Gabriel, you tried to get the loan approved with FALSE information on your credit application regarding your employment/income to bump up your income in order to get approved for the loan. When the bank tried to verify your employment, the employer refused to verify your employment because they said you do not work there! So, the bank turned down your loan application! We have all this in writing from the bank. As far as our relationship goes with the bank, they have been our lending partners for past Three years and we have good relationship with them. As far as the vehicle goes, the vehicle was and is in great condition. When you brought it back after two days saying that it shakes at a certain speed, we gave you the loaner to have the vehicle diagnosed; even though, we sold sold the vehicle 'As Is'. On third day, when the bank informed us that they declined your loan because you lied about your second job on the credit application. We called you to bring back our loaner vehicle back, then you and your wife started cursing us over the phone and saying that you have faulty vehicles and started saying that we do not want the vehicle and asked cancel the transaction because the vehicle was faulty; even though the transaction was cancelled already due to your lie about your job on the credit application. When you brought our loaner vehicle, you called sheriff to pressurize us saying that we sold you the faulty vehicle! When the sheriff (officer) saw that your loan was declined by the bank and you were trying to create a scene, he left you saying that he has important things to do. You literally ran after him in our lot to bring him back but he left. After the officer left, your wife started cursing us and threatened us for our lives and said that she would burn this place, we have all in camera and we have witnesses (the customers who were here at that time). You are accusing us for faking your signature, that is a serious allegation! we have cameras here at the dealership and we witnesses that you have signed all that paper work. Now you have to prove that we faked your signature because we are seeking a legal advice.
