Wonderful, courteous service.

Wonderful, courteous service. I rarely carry cash, I use certain credit cards related to business or cash back (from the card) offers. At checkout I was told I had to pay a 3% charge to use my credit cards. Then I had to request they apply credits I already had on file, this is a no brainer.

So I bought a car from this dealership about 7 months ago

So I bought a car from this dealership about 7 months ago and within the 7 months my motor randomly locked on me without me having any knowledge of past issues with the vehicle. I was able to get it fixed but there should be no reason why my motor is locking up and nobody is able to do anything about it.

We went in looking to upgrade my truck and found the 2025

We went in looking to upgrade my truck and found the 2025 Colorado ZR2. Really nice trucks on the lot. Ms. Santi was very helpful with the purchase process of the truck. She called a few times to check up on us to see how everything was going. She also ordered us an owners manual since it seems they don't come with them anymore. Ms. Santi was Great and would recommend her if your purchasing from RK Chevrolet.
