I loved my Car and Service is exceptional.

Kevin is the guy to work with he is smart and patient and at the same time fast and efficient he rocks he's the coolest sales guy ever. Jim in maintenance is always top notch in customer service and so is Kevin and Ryan Kevin however he's the one that is fantastic he deserves a raise and if he wants a promotion :) he really helped out in making sure I understood everything and making sure I had the right fit for my needs he also is fun and professional it's about the customer not just the sale I recommend him he will always find a buyer for the right car the person needs he's good at reading others. I also appreciate there amazing warranty he's more then just excellent his spectacular :) and very easy going not overwelming but exceptional guy helped me get my Bluetooth with my phone set up and ready and he's quick and efficient with everything if something was wierd he corrected it quick lol.

They know the value of the customer and treat you the way people were treated years ago and is so rare now.

I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND THE PRODUCT.THIS IS OUR SECOND HYUNDAI IN THREE YEARS. IT WAS SUCH A GOOD PURCHACE THAT I WILL DEFINATELY BE RETURNING.

Super Dealership Representing Hyundai

Well done Westland. Definitely a keeper. Words like TRUST and CONFIDENCE define this dealerships manner of dealing with the public. The drive from Salt Lake City was well worth the buying experience!

Excellent

Best dealership I have been to. The staff is nice, clean, great service. Great explainations. Good coffee, nice tables. Showed me around the place. TV looks good. Signs are pretty.

New vehicle purchase

Our new vehicle purchase experience with Westland Hyundai was not our first time at this dealership and once again we were treated in an excellent fashion. My wife and I have returned to Westland to purchase our vehicles because of the quality of the cars and the way we are always treated. Thanks once again.

Hyundai Review

Our experience with the dealership was normal to any other car buying. If you could improve anything it would be to have a shorter wait time with financing. when you only have one person doing it, it takes along time.

Hyundai Santa Fe purchase

Great product, great warranty, great service at dealership. Overall we had a good experience purchasing this vehicle. They stayed late to help us, but did not pressure us in any way.

Hyundai Sonata

I picked out the prettiest blue Hyundai Sonata. James, our salesman, explained the great features while on our test drive. He made sure to walk me through all of the paperwork before passing me on to finance. He also made sure I was able to test drive enough cars to find one to my satisfaction. I love my Sonata. It's safety rating and size is perfect for my family.

Horrible experience

If you're looking to waste your time and enjoy used car salesmen tactics and tricks while buying a new car, this is your dealership. Ask for Santiago or Kevin. They lost my sale and any future business or referrals. Santiago was quick to make assumptions about us (assumed my husband must have a higher credit score than me and even after being corrected, addressed my husband only) made inappropriate jokes, and took the keys of the car we were interested in trading in and ignored my husbands requests to return them. Apparently he thought if he had us trapped, we'd buy the car he was trying so desperately to sell. He didn't listen to us throughout our time in the dealership. He truly lacks customer service skills. Kevin followed up with his passive/aggressive texts the following day attempting to save the sale. Unfortunately his spelling, grammar, and overall communication skills are as lacking as his sales tactics. He followed up with us a few days later to ensure we knew he'd sold the car we were interested in to someone else for "full price." AVOID this dealership!
