I bought a beautiful Ford Bronco Sport yesterday at Landers McLarty Ford, with extensive help from Sales Specialist Gregg Guetzlaff. He patiently worked with us to get the best trade-in value for our Ford Escape, and he gave us a great overall deal. Gregg gives excellent customer service and wants every customer to leave the dealership HAPPY!

I highly recommend Landers Mclarty Ford and Sales Specialist, Gregg Guetzlaff. I found a car I was interested in online, and reached out to the dealership. Gregg responded quickly and answered all my questions. He even took extra pictures and a video of the interior for me. When I got to the dealership to see the car in person, he went over the car's history in detail, and he also explained the extensive inspection each vehicle goes through prior to sale. They gave us a fair price on our trade-in, and every employee at the dealership was courteous and efficient. We will definitely be back!

I was in the Fort Payne area to go try out the new Chevrolets. After a few test drives I decided that I wanted to try out a new F150 supercrew. I googled Ford dealers and Landers McLarty Ford popped up. We dove into the dealer and Gregg from sales was out in the yard. He showed us the inventory and found what we were looking for. He told us on our arrival they would be very competitive in their pricing and wanted our business After a test drive and many questions we found Gregg to be very knowledgeable and after dealing with him over the things we wanted,he stepped up and got the deal done for us. We have bought many new vehicles and this was the absolute easiest most straight forward purchase we have ever made. If you want a laid back no pressure sales person I urge you to go see Gregg and his sales manager Braden. I wish this dealer was closer to my home but 120 miles isn't too far to get a great deal on a new f150!! Excellent experience. When doing the due diligence to find the right vehicle for my mother, I read the reviews of this dealership and the reputation of their customer service — specifically with Gregg — and decided to call Gregg directly to talk about the VIN in transit we wanted. While talking with other dealerships to get a sense of their pricing and service, Gregg called me the moment the Bronco Sport we wanted came off the truck — and within the day we came to terms on a price that was better than any other we had been offered. When we arrived the next day to inspect/purchase it, Gregg was pulling it up the moment we drove in— a few minutes before the scheduled time. His helpful, friendly demeanor matched what I had heard over the phone.
