We just purchased 2 vehicles from Jim Ellis last year and...
We just purchased 2 vehicles from Jim Ellis last year and already have had issues with the 2017 Sorrento. We just recently had it in for AC panel repairs but the more important problem is with the paint on the hood. We alerted Mark in service to the issue in November 2019 when he had to order the special part to fix the issue with AC. Now he's telling us our warranty for the paint just expired and it would not be covered. Very upset with this and if not resolved quickly I will begin posting my experience all over social media.

Lavar always does a great job estimating the amount of time for the service to be finished. Lavar is very helpful figuring out the services my car will need currently and in the near future. I’m glad to see him in the service department at Jim Ellis Kia. He’s the reason I keep coming back.

They Turned a Negative into a Positive
I walked into this Kia in a situation with my Forte5 and desperately needing to get into a new vehicle. Curtis listened to my issues, listened to my previous Kia experience, and did everything he could to turn a negative experience and belief about the Kia brand into a positive one. He found a vehicle I could afford, that was new with more room in it than my previous vehicle, presented the amazing warranties with the vehicle and offered by the dealership, and then got me to financing where the rest of the magic happened. Mike, a manager, checked in several times and really made me feel like they wanted to make sure I got the best deal available and they did just that. I walked into the dealership worried and frustrated and without a working vehicle. I left with a brand new car, a payment I can afford, and a good feeling about my purchase. I can't recommend this dealership, and Curtis and Chris and Mike, enough.

Low stress experience
I had a good experience here buying my car recently. I enjoyed working with Jimmy and Chris on my deal, and it was relatively low stress for a car dealership. I felt I got a good deal and walked away happy!

The power behind these words is so strong that many companies have failed to grow or have fallen due to the lack of appreciation, understanding and integrity.
