My husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle and everything on the dealership’s end ran smoothly. We ran into trouble while looking for a good insurance that was fit for our budget and that took us hours to find. Thankfully, Mike Ramos made sure we were comfortable. He was patient, friendly, and helped us as best as he could throughout this situation. We recommend for you to ask for him to assist you when purchasing a vehicle.

When I came on the lot, a lady talked to me, but she seemed to be busy with another customer. She passed me off to another salesperson. From there, the experience was positive.

My experience was perfect! I didn’t know what I wanted and was picky in my search and they took their time and made sure I made the right choice! It’s was effortless and I’m a customer for Life! Great place to be!

Overall the experience was amazing. I walked in told my sales person exactly what I wanted and he got it for me. Their body shop and retailers leave a lot to be desired. I overlooked and excused the retailers as they are young and just starting out in the workforce. But now after 2 months all of the paint is bubbled and mostly peeled off the bumper due to improper prep and paint. One rainfall and a drive in heavy rain peeled most of the paint off the bumper. The headlight was horribly misaligned when replaced. My SO had to adjust it so that it wasn’t aimed way up in the air. We will also be doing the paint repair and body repair ourselves that wasn’t done well. Buying a used vehicle from there that needed any repairs should be looked at twice. Mechanically it is sound but the obvious cosmetic repairs are shoddy.

I found a car online and requested info and was followed up with immediately and they worked out everything for me so all I needed to do was show up and pick up my car.

Bought a car June 28th. 3miles down the road xx engine light came on. Called Moe, the guy who financed the car. 1 put 4590.00 in cash down. Paid 3000.00 for a warranty. It broke down July 18. Paid 196.00 to gave it towed. Needs a new transmission. Will have to pay a 1000.00 deductible and 659 in labor cost. They were sweet as pie selling the car. But when we had to get help on getting the car fixed, Tina, Greg,and Carol were no help and were so rude. Once they got their car sold, they were horrible to work with. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TIM SHORT MITSUBISHI.

I applied with not so good credit thinking my chances were slim to be financed. They were very knowledgeable, and friendly. I was updated throughout the whole loan process of how it was going and had they me approved within minutes.

Had an amazing experience. Aaron Orr and Mike Ramos were the best. I will be referring everyone to go there. Everyone is so nice and laid back. You don't feel pressured at all.

Good post sales service. They just don't blow you off after the sale, they'll follow up and provide additional services above and beyond just the warranty.
