45 days ago I made a mistake and purchased a car from this place. That was 2018 Ford Mustang with only 32000 miles on it. Not old car at all. The price was $25000 - not cheap as well. 3 days after I purchased it I had to take the car to the shop, because it was unsafe to drive. The car was pulling aside, extremely strong vibrations on highway speeds, windows not closing etc. Over the 45 days the car was in my possession, it spent half the time at the shop, it is in the shop today the moment I am posting this. I spent nearly $1500 on it just to make it drivable, and it is still not done. More over. My temp. registration expires in 3 days, and it will not be lawful to drive the car anymore, but as per the MVD - the dealership has not submitted the paperwork to them yet! REALLY! It was not some 25 yer old junk car bought for $500 from some shady "under the bridge" place. Is it how you treat your customers? PEOPLE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will stand behind EACH of my words. All of the proofs on hands!

Chapman Value Center
Ken was our salesman. He was most helpful in purchasing our Ford Explore Rating him A . Then there's Leo, the manager. He was great with his advice and helpfulness. I never had made a purchase so fast. In and out the same day even with this covid19 virus going around everything was safe from mask-wearing to sanitizing. Pleasure doing business with Chapman Value Center and staff.

Bait and Switch
They list cars that they do not have. Pretty straight forward bait and switch. I called in and was told a vehicle was still available, when I got there, I was told it was sold yesterday. That was 10 days ago and the vehicle is still on this site and if you contact them, they claim it's still available.

Chapman did not do Inspection prior to delivery
The 2019 Lincoln I purchased in mid 2020, advised as having a 150 point Inspection did not have this. This was obvious by: all four tires under inflated by 10 pounds, or more. The car was way out of Alignment and the tires needed replacement, further no oil change was done, as shown by dashboard warning. Also, an item listed as Optional I was told was mandatory. Finally, a cash sale took 16 days to secure Title.

Scammed by Chapman. A Network of Dealers to avoid
I purchased a 2019 Lincoln that was supposed to go through a 150 Point Inspection. This to, most importantly include safety protocols. This was never done, as I soon discovered. The tires were each 10 pounds under inflated, or more. The Alignment was way off, an oil change had not been done, and the tires needed to be replaced. A couple of months later I am still attempting to get this corrected. Further, although I paid cash I had to wait 16 days for a Title, and an option that I declined ($299) appeared on my Invoice.

Chapman continues to respond with lies, and clearly refuses to respond to concrete issues. Therefore I have Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Reviews with Google, Yelp and, I will bring an Action through Small Claims Court. Nobody deserves to be scammed. Buyer beware.

I worked with Gregg And he was a great person to work with. He was very honest, and worked very hard to get us the exact vehicle we went in for and for the price we wanted. The whole dealership and employees were all great and helped us out a lot.

Honest, dedicated, and unbelievably helpful
Can’t thank the team here enough for their assistance and diligence with getting me in my new Corvette. Julie and the financial team were 100% transparent and professional throughout the entire process. I would have to say after searching around several places, even nationwide, this dealership has not only the best prices (seriously try and match them) but the best sales team. They really do want their sale to be right for the customer even if it means adding more on their end to the deal. Honesty really is their policy and I couldn’t feel better about my purchase. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them.
