DO NOT buy a car from here!

DO NOT buy a car from here! I bought a 2019 mustang gt from here this past October and they showed me a car fax that at the time looked promising. This was my first time buying a car and I didn’t really know what I was doing so it was partly my fault but the description said it had 27,000 miles and all weather tires etc, I bought it and drove it home only to find out that it had Mikey Thompson slicks, didn’t have its original motor in it, has a huge transmission problem, doesn’t have an active grill shutter, no cats or headers, and doesn’t even have a horn in it. Again I understand I am partly at fault but none of this information was disclosed to me and they told me it ran great and had no problems and that they even did a “detailed inspection” when they got the car. Do not buy anything from this place

I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4, in 2023, with only 9400 miles. Ben told me it was like new and no issues. On the way home 3 code lights lit up. I took it to a local dealership, the warranty was voided because they found almost $11,000 worth of damage underneath! J-Rus inc refused to repair it correctly and I filed a car fraud lawsuit.

I had bought seven cars from this dealership within the

I had bought seven cars from this dealership within the last 5years. I had great experience until the 04-13-24 when I came in to look at the 2018-Ford Fusion for My daughter. I met with the same sales person, Ben who provided me with the keys to the vehicle. My daughter and myself when for a test ride, after coming back I noticed the front driver side tire to have an egg size bulge in the side wall (now mind you this is a safety issue/should never pass an inspection or be put up for sale), I then informed Ben of the issue and asked if they would replace that tire. Ben and the dealership knew of the issue apparently, and we were advised that they will not change the tire. I then asked, how can I buy a car knowing that there is a safety concern especially knowing that my daughter will be driving the car home, Ben shrugged his shoulders and stated there is nothing I can do. Furthermore, I asked if they would compensate us if we replace the tire somewhere within the vicinity of their business and the answer was “no”. I am very disappointed that after buying seven cars from this dealership previously to receive this type of customer service, I would never imagined in million years that they would treat their loyal customer like this. I will never, ever buy anything from these guys again. Salesman and the owner should be ashamed of their service, and knowingly selling the car with a safety concern, the vehicle is still listed as available and you can actually see the bulge on the driver side tire wall on the picture itself. Thank you for not being loyal to your customers, unfortunately and sadly I will never shop at this dealership again and would advise anyone not to go there. I wonder what else do they skip as far as the safety of the vehicle just to sell the car and make profit off it.

I was initially very excited about my purchase but I told

I was initially very excited about my purchase but I told Ben Gill that I would hold off on leaving a review until after the inspection was done. Ben told me that the previous owner had put an aftermarket exhaust on the 2023 ZL1 Camaro but that they had the stock exhaust put back on the car. I was having the inspection yesterday and they called me to tell me that the exhaust is a patchwork of bad welds and different sized pieces with multiple exhaust leaks and of course there is no warranty coverage because the exhaust was clearly just mutilated. I contacted Ben about it because he was saying if there were any issues with the inspection to let him know and they would try to get it taken care of. I let him know and his response was that he wasn't aware of anything like that being done and he hopes that I can get it worked out, Ben's the one that told me that the previous customer had the aftermarket exhaust and that THEY, the dealership, had the stock exhaust put back on the car so of course they knew it wasn't right. If you didn't want me to know anything about the exhaust all Ben had to do is just not tell me anything at all and then he could attempt to play the dumb salesman card about the exhaust but we had a lengthy conversation about it and he specifically told me that the dealership had replaced the aftermarket exhaust with the stock exhaust so attempting to lie about it now and act like nobody at the dealership knew about it is absolutely a mute point. I don't appreciate being blatantly lied to and I absolutely don't appreciate being lied to even more after I already know you've lied to me. We both already know exactly what this situation is so just cut the xx already. This place is 100% buyer beware. The stock exhaust was completely cut up and "welded" together so badly it looks like a child did it and it's leaking in several spots. Once again Ben told me that you guys had the stock exhaust put on the car so you had to have known. Come to find out you guys put aftermarket low efficiency cats on the car too and the rear valves don't work at all so I'm going to have to replace the ENTIRE exhaust system from the headers all the way down. It cost 9k just to get the stock Y-pipe assembly with the stock catalytic converters and oxygen sensors so in order for me to be able to get the car to actually be stock, like J-Rus Inc. expressly stated it was verbally and on paper, I would have to spend about 12k and since the exhaust was so clearly tampered with GM is denying any kind of warranty coverage at all.

Overall good experience working with Ben G.

Overall good experience working with Ben G. He was responsive to my communications, worked with my CU to answer their questions and stay late to close the deal. Vehicle is beautiful and drives well. Opportunities in detailing the vehicle fully before the sale (found leaves in the engine compartment). Also left me with 1/4 tank of gas. Other dealerships I have worked with left a full tank.

Went and looked at a car the day I was there the sales

Went and looked at a car the day I was there the sales associate I worked with gave a 1000$ off the asking price. I decided I wanted to think about it and wait a day or so before tying to commit to something. I filled out everything and got pre approved, so a different sales representative contacted me the next day and I asked to work with who I was working with initially, but he insisted he could help me. He gave me a price for 1000$ more than what was originally proposed and I asked why he couldn’t honor the price that was worked out the day before? His response was “well that was yesterday and todays today” so we hung up the phone…..then he calls me back and says “oh I pulled up your quote from yesterday yea I can honor that”…..this is not a trustworthy dealership and I would take you business elsewhere. I went threw the whole credit approval and everything just to get disrespectfully treated
