I bought an awd challenger from out of state (Alaska) It took awhile but was definitely worth it. My car was brand new and in Alaska could not even come close to matching the car. An older car by 2 years with 18000 miles for the same money. Communication can not be overstated it is key to avoid delays

DO NOT purchase GAP insurance!!! I have paid my vehicle off early and cannot get a refund, get anyone to answer my calls or return any messages I have left. As with their Service department, they are the worst customer centric dealership I have ever dealt with AFTER the sale. BEWARE! Their sales are terrific, just do not expect much after the sale from this dealership.

Out of town help
Dropped off my Ram 1500 at airport to fly out of town. Was called by lot and was told it would not start. Called Renton CDJR and talked with Service advisor Dee. He recommended a towing company to get my truck to them and then talked me through the process over the phone as I was out of town. He texted me all the information and my truck was fixed by the time I got back in town. Dee was great to work with and it gave me peace of mind so that I could enjoy my trip out of town.

Good service
Went to this shop for service. When scheduling the appointment, I was told that a 20k miles service would be appropriate, and got a printout including the price. When coming to the appointment, the sales person gave me a higher price because the printout was for a different vehicle although I had asked about that before. However, they offered a discount (not for the full difference). From what I can see, the work done (checkup, oil change, wheel alignment etc.) is good. Fog light replacement seems a bit pricy. Got the car back in the evening as promised, no issues since then.

Used Car Nightmare- Jeep Compass 2018
I came in on 4/7 to look at a Jeep Compass 2018. Took it for a test drive for like 5-10 minutes and from what I could tell with the car it was good. The previous owner took excellent car of the inside/outside of the car. My toyota Rav4 was having some issues so I decided to try to get a new car. I went in and started filling out the paperwork. The service was great until they offered me 3k for my 2015 rav4. Now I know there was things that they would have to fix with my car but I knew that it was worth more than 3k. So I was ready to leave. Then they offered me 5k. I still said no that's not going to work for me. Then as I was leaving, they offered me 8k. Which kind of pissed me off because they were clearly trying to get over on me. They aren't going to offer you more for the car if it wasn't that much. They also try to act like they are doing you a favor for offering you more for your car. My car on Kelley Blue Book was worth 12k but with the damage with my car I thought 8k is okay. Even though I know they'll sale the car for more than that. I left the car lot content and that following friday, the car wouldnt start out of nowhere. I called Jeep and at first they said they wouldnt be able to see me till May 22nd. I was like this is unacceptable to only have this car for one week and the car fax was clear and nothing had been reported wrong with the car. Finally I called Andrea, I towed the car to Jeep that Sunday. She gave me a loaner. Picked the car up the following Friday. The last few weeks I have drove the car I have noticed that the wheel shakes when I brake or accelerate on the gas. This looks to be a safety issue in my oipinion. I reached back out about this issue and now they are basically like this is a you problem. I've had this car a month as of yesterday. I have had used cars multiple times and this is by far the worst. Especially getting it from jeep and them not making sure the car is appropriate for a resale. I wish I could give this car back. I couldnt imagine buying a car from them again. Ive bought a new jeep from this location back in 2016 and it was fine but buying this used jeep I am in deep regret. I couldnt imagine recommending jeep to anyone. This jeep I bought is not worth 27k. My gut was saying no but in desperate times you sometimes make bad decisions. I did like the people. As time goes on though you see people as who they are which are car salesman. They get you in the car and then anything after is not their concern. I now have to pay for a car rental when my car gets serviced which is just a nightmare. They act like you dont need a car. It is just your problem to figure out which is horrible customer service. Buying a used car is a bunch of surprised. They also give you the car on E. Bill pierre fills your used car up so that was disaapointing. I can't wait to get rid of this car. Soon as I can im going back to Toyota. The 5 years I had that car, the only issues I had which werent issues were keeping on the maintenance.
