Repair at Vatland
The engine light went on, and they were able to fix it and then re-fix it when it went back on a few day later. Vatland issued a warranty on the part as well. From the time of purchase of my 2016 Jeep Cherokee until now, I have had excellent service there.

overall excellent but 45 min oil change long
I was the first vehicle in for an oil change. It says express so 45 minutes felt long. The service itself and staff were excellent just to slow.

OK experience
I was in communication with someone online regarding a certain car for a few days. Was told I would see a certain person. I made an appointment with that person and they happened to be in a meeting which would be over at my appointment time. The meeting was over and about 10 min goes by and they didn't come over. Someone came to see if they helped me yet. They apologized and went to get the person and told me they'd be right with me. Another 10 min goes by and they asked what they could help me with and what I was looking for. For them to not have the info already with them was unacceptable. Not a good start. So after introducing themselves they pass me on to someone else. The only thing I was impressed with was Shena. She was very helpful and had a great personality. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have bought there.

Staff was great , professional,friendly. The only thing was, I thought they couldve done a little better on the price also being this was the second car I bought in 6 months. Everything else was top notch!

I had to return because there was a problem with the door. The panel on the inside of the vehicle was not put on properly and the door couldnt be opened. It was fixed on the second visit.
