They seem to be very busy and not always 100% sure what is going on with the vehicle. Still having the same exact issues after paying over $300 with a full, ultimate warranty. Left message on Friday afternoon and here it is Wednesday night and no call back received yet. Hoping they'll do the right thing.

They delivered the jeep I wanted from their Clanton dealership to the Pell City dealership on the same day. They gave me a fair trad for my old jeep. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and helpful. Noah was great, so much help learning about the new jeep and helping get it up to Pell City on the same day!

I probably won't ever use this dealership again. They could have worked with me and got everything covered under warranty. Better Dodge dealership are out there.
