While the staff is seemingly helpful as far as in listening to issues/concerns, my car buying experience went downhill after purchase. 2 Stars, due to feeling like I'm getting the runaround. 1st star because I indeed love my car, and 2nd star because my sales rep was on her A-game. However, my experience has been having to constantly call more than a month later to get things done within the financial realm that should've been taken care of when purchasing my new car. I've been driving a purchased vehicle for more than a month where the paperwork to the banks was never submitted. Car has not been registered or anything. It appears the representative who was supposed to submit my info was fired/quit within the time frame of my purchase. If someone is fired, quits, whatever...check over their customers & ensure all is up to par. Hold everyone accountable, because you are a team. One persons error can cause issues for everyone, especially if a customer is having an issue. Overall, I think the customer service could be better. If there is an issue a customer is having (who gave your business the time of the day & their service) should feel like a priority when the issue is not their fault/error in the 1st place. No one should have to consistently call and check on these types of things, that a dealership typically handles. While it's unsaid, I feel like a "when we get to it" type of ordeal. As someone in the PR industry with a primary role of handling disputes, urgencies, complaints and issues, my feedback would be to resolve things the first time around to avoid complaints as best possible. As tedious as it may be, call customers back with updates, even if it seems minuscule. Example that may be helpful in the future: "Hey, just letting you know, we're still working on it" OR "It wasn't resolved yet, but we wanted to touch base to keep you in the loop!" While all customers are not right, you never know who could send more business your way just from simple good customer service. I don't expect immediate results, but I do expect that when an issue is brought to the attention of a company that they work to address it sooner rather than later. Something has to really bother me for me to leave a company a negative review because I understand the importance of quality service and also the grit that goes into making a business run. Please treat customers better when it comes to resolutions. Customer service goes beyond making the sale. Thank you!

Buyer beware
Quite possibly worst transaction/experience ever. Dealer took my 75k wire, and has been unresponsive ever since. Dealt with Jacob for sales, you can see how that’s been in our texts. Dealt with Mac the GM after calling 4x a day to get on the phone with someone as to why my car that was portrayed as in great condition had a deep scratch along passenger side, missing the interior visor mirror, and some other issues. Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone about my title that they by law are supposed to deliver within 28 days. Bought on October 1 it’s December 15 as I write. Buyer beware, this was on a crummy little Tesla model S; dang glad I didn’t buy anything nicer. Take your money elsewhere there’s literally buy here pay here dealers that treat their customers better than this.

Great team of professionals
Great team! Very responsive and professional. Jacob was awesome to deal with. I purchased a sight unseen Ferrari and had it delivered to my home. Not only did they make me feel comfortable doing so by providing me with detailed pictures and videos, they also disclosed to me any imperfections on the vehicle. They went above and beyond to assist me on my purchase and they delivered the vehicle to my in a timely fashion. They had the check in the morning at 10am and the vehicle was at my house by 4pm that day! I will continue to do business with Jacob and his team. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW CAR!

Buyer beware
My wife purchased a 2011 Mercedes E550 Cabriolet from this dealership. We had an immediate problem with the radio in that it stayed off more than on. After 5 weeks, 3 trips to Raleigh and leaving our car with them for 2 weeks the radio does appear to be fixed. Unfortunately an additional problem identified upon purchase was the controls for adjusting lumbar, sides and legs didn't work on either seat. That remains uncorrected. Additionally, and unfortunately for us, we took the car to a Mercedes expert who told us and showed us the car had been in an accident. It didn't show up on Carfax. We paid in excess of $5000 above invoice, they made plenty of money to create a better customer relationship. I sincerely believe they are interested in the $ only. They definitely do not keep their word. I'm disappointed in the Sales Manager and his staff. I will not buy from them nor recommend them. Buyer beware!

Thank you for your response. We strive to be absolutely customer focused and sometimes we realize that we fail to satisfy every expectation. It is unfortunate to hear that we didn't deliver the best experience to you, even though you purchased an older car that was represented as it was and made every attempt to make your requests, including replacing parts at no charge as a "good will" gesture, bringing a loaner car to your home, picking up your car to help minimize the inconvenience and returning it to you upon the completion of the repairs. The car may have had some cosmetic repairs done in the past but it certainly was a rare gem with very low miles.
Affordable and Knowledgeable!
Great Service and far more affordable service repairs for a Mercedes Benz when service is needed than other dealers in the area. They can help you save where Mercedes is concerned. Yes expert jobs! Very helpful and knowledgeable repairmen and staff.

Outstanding dealership, courteous, polite, and more than willing to work with a buyer. Joe was an extremely friendly as well as helpful and he went the extra mile to close a deal. Overall, an excellent car buying experience.

The dealership was very clean when I first entered. I was greeted with handshakes and smiles. I called the dealership prior to my visit and they had all the paperwork prepared, so it made the transaction go smooth.
