Turned in car coming off lease

Returning car off lease. I was told ask for Christian. Called and ask at 1:00 pm and ask if he was in I was told he was in. I asked if he would be in the next hour and I was told yes. I arrived at 1:50 pm and told he just to pick up a lunch for him and some staff. There was nobody at the dealer that could do an inspection. I was told he would return in 20 minutes. Thirty minutes passed and no Christian. I was told he just he just exited the highway. He arrived 20 minutes later. Fortunately, we met a lady who was in charged of ?Customer Relations? and she took charge and helped generate the needed paper work and we allowed to leave!!! Both the lady who took charge and the receptionist were model employees.

Everyone disappeared as soon as I signed

Really disappointed with the customer service after signing. I bought a 2017 BMW 750 after seeing it on cars.com, all virtually, without visiting the dealership. Everyone was available, very courteous and answering questions until I signed the papers. As soon as the contract was signed everything changed, nobody would answer emails, text. Took 5 emails to get the info on when the car will be shipped and with what carrier. Took another 5 emails to everyone I ever interacted with to get a second temporary plate as they never submitted paperwork for license plates on time. There are almost 2 months now since I signed and still don’t have the license plates and registration. For all I know it was not even submitted despite a charge of $450 to do that (it takes 15 min to fill up the form and submit, I even offer to do it myself if they reimburse the fee I paid). It was by far the worst experience I had with a car dealership (we have and Audi, Volvo and a Mercedes so I can compare with other ‘luxury dealerships’) and despite the fact that the car is beautiful the way they treated me after purchase made me regret buying it altogether.
