They claim up front pricing but then they add a $799 fee

They claim up front pricing but then they add a $799 fee for clearcoat and doorgards (which had probably already been done when the car was new if at all) and then their document fee is $699 which is about $250 higher than the average for KS. Then when I sat down to buy the car the payment was too high so I asked for a breakdown of what was in it. There was an option for a hitch which I had told them several times to take out. After I finished the process I realized that they charged me $500 more than what I had agreed on to make the payment what it was. I had to repeatedly tell them that I did not what the extended warranty and had to sign approximately 10 times verifying this. Then when I got out to take the car they only had 1 key. I paid over $27,000 for this vehicle and they could not give me 2 keys. This is terrible customer service.

Great dealership - the employees were open, personable, and transparent while keeping the process as efficient as possible. I do not feel like I was talked into buying something that I was not going to like, and I feel like I bought a quality truck.

Salesperson was great during buying experience.

Salesperson was great during buying experience. Had some trouble after I took vehicle home with application. Had to send more forms to dealership. Everything was taken care of quickly.

Josh was my salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful.

Josh was my salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful. I came almost around close the first night and he made me feel nothing but welcome! We test drove my Bronco and I fell in love immediately! Came back the next day to fill out the paperwork.

Tom was fantastic to work with!

Tom was fantastic to work with!! Timely service and very informative. He kept me updated on the process from the ordering process to delivery. When the truck showed up - financing was smooth and he was thorough in educating me on the features of the truck.
