HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. For starters, they were supposed to deliver my car but it kept getting delayed so I ended up driving 6 hours to get it but never got refunded the delivery fee. It took me 14 MONTHS to get my license plate & they still did not do it correctly so now I have to go pay money out of my pocket & spend my time to go to the DMV to get it corrected. If you're counting on them registering your specialty plate, you can absolutely forget it. Nima, the General Manager, is a JOKE. Never responded to my calls or emails to get this issue resolved. I had to send in a notarized power of attorney THREE times, despite receiving email confirmations that they'd received it, but suddenly they would be unable to locate it, so I'd have to pay a notary fee plus postage & send another one. Then, Nima had the nerve to accuse me of them having to pay the late fees for getting the registration done so late, despite me having emails to prove their incompetence. The starter went out on my car 3 months after I bought it & they did NOTHING about it. I would STAY AWAY from this dealership. They do not know what they're doing & have zero customer service skills. This has been nothing but an ongoing headache. My best advice is to STAY FAR AWAY from this awful joke of a dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Selective Autoplex, and the whole transaction was done remotely. Nick Grisaffi was my salesperson, and he helped each step of the way from the purchase, having the vehicle transported to me, and the delivery of the license plates and tags. I am so happy that I got a vehicle I love and all the excellent help I needed along the way!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gage Brown very rude,

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gage Brown very rude, called me a bum, blocked me, unblocked me then told me to come see us very professional how do you have a job talking to people like this. I inquired about their 2024 model 3 rwd standard range listed at 37k. I let them know you can buy the long range RWD for 2k less then what their selling the shorter range model, then I got called a bum. would you buy a car from such a rude group of people, I hope this xxxxxx bag doesn't represent the entire company. if you like dealing with a child Gage Brown is the seller for you

I am now rewriting my review.

I am now rewriting my review. I got a car with these people. Alonzo was my car salesman. A really great guy. He told me to bring the car back the next day for the brakes because it had a squeak. I brought it back the next day they all it up and sent me on my way. I’ll call back told him that the brakes were still squeaking. I was told to bring the car back. Two More times and both times I went the car lot was closed due to the lights being off, so I got another appointment for today only for them to grease the brakes again and tell me nothings wrong with as I’m driving the brakes start to grind and it’s squeaking. I recorded a video and sent it to Alonzo the car salesman and he called me back and told me that the people said that they’re gonna fix them, so I’m very unhappy with that I was sold

Was called on the phone and told I was approved with no money down had a appointment at 12pm got there at 11:55am only to set for 40 minutes before seeing anyone to help me and then set there for another 2 hour before they come back and tell me I needed a $7000 down payment totally a was of my day they just tell you anything to get you in the door I did not see them Sell one car the whole time I was there. But I did see people walk out because they take forever
