Cardinal Buick GMC The following is an overview of my recent experience with the dealership?s service department: Date: 12/19/22 Service Advisor: Brandon Holland / 4326 Invoice # / Reference: 6095150 Presented with issue of pulsation / vibration when braking & accelerating *Automobile Status Report / multi-point inspection revealed repair need to be: front brake job including pad replacement / resurface rotars[turned x2] and brake fluid exchange- *Repairs completed - no other concerns noted on Automobile Status Report- *Service advisor did not reveal any other concerns and indicated vehicle test driven by technician Date: 12/20/22 Vehicle performance noted not improved and returned to dealership for further assessment as follows: Date: 12/21/22 Service Advisor: Leilani Tovar / 6961 Invoice # / Reference: 6095277 Automobile Status Report / multi-point inspection reflect the following needs: tire balancing; front control arm replacement[both]; alignment with suspension replacement; gasket needed for transmission at mounting face; passenger rear axle seal leaking. *Parts ordered for repair[excluding transmission gasket / rear axle seal] to occur on 12/22/22. Date: 12/22/22 Service Advisor: Leilani Tovar / 6961 Invoice # / Reference: 6095277 Repairs completed excluding transmission gasket / rear axle seal which I elected to be completed elsewhere. ?????????????????????????????????????? Conclusion: not sure if the multi-point inspections are actually occurring and / or if there is a gap in skill level of the technicians / service advisors involved in diagnosing my vehicle only 24hrs apart. Kind of seemed like you?re throwing stuff up against the wall to see what sticks but yet I?m out of $1,500 for the service and being inconvenienced.

GMC Acadia

I would never again buy a new or used Chevy, Buick, GMC product since owning this GMC Acadia. I've had nothing but issues with this car since it died and had to have a new fuel pump and Evap canister at 3,900 miles. In the last 2.5 months it has been in the shop 5 times and my bumper to bumper warranty ends in about 2,000 miles then I'm stuck like chuck with a xxx car that no one wants to do anything about.

In the past, this dealership had A1 service with fixing

In the past, this dealership had A1 service with fixing my vehicle. This time around is horrible. My truck has been sitting nearly a month and they can’t get me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work. One lady lies about why they can’t give me one…….another guy makes up another story. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this place and all of a sudden, the service has went up in smoke. The manager kept saying to me “If I have one I would give you one.” It’s been a WHOlE month and not one loaner vehicle is available. Unbelievable!!!!

Dangerous and Wreckless

Service Dept is DANGEROUS and WRECKLESS! They replaced a front brake caliper on my car, and the Service Tech didn't tighten the bolts! A few days later, the caliper fell off the wheel and I had to use the emergency brake to slow the car down and limp it to my house. If there had been traffic or if I had to make a sudden stop, my wife and I would have been in a serious accident!!

Purchased a used 2019 Buick Encore on 10/31/22 Guess

Purchased a used 2019 Buick Encore on 10/31/22 Guess with it being Halloween I should have known I'd get tricked. Inspected car in the rain and missed curb rash on the right front wheel. Someone at the dealership should have seen it and with full disclosure pointed out the slight damage or better yet, repaired it before it was delivered. Now I know why I had to sign an acknowledgement they owed me nothing more since it was used. Our salesman Michael B. was excellent and accommodating. My issue is with the used car department. Guess this dealership's motto is "buyer beware".
