People who work at this dealer are very nice and honest. They told me everything about this car and kept their word when they promised me to replace a headlight. With a very bad credit they were able to finance the car I wanted. Everything was smooth from A to Z.

Very unresponsive and disorganized dealership. While I was reviewing the car before signing, I was expressing my concerns about the cleanliness and missing/broken pieces. I was told that all of that could be deducted on the final price. When we finally got down to finalizing the contract all my past concerns were swept under the rug and not acknowledged till I brought it up. Then “Ricardo the owner” told me “I have tons of connections in the OC” (I live in OC and the dealer is all the way in Pasadena about a 50 minute drive.) So he reassured me that everything would be fixed. So now 3 1/2 weeks after and still nothing. Just screening/ignoring my calls. This dealership does not care about their customers or their cars. I asked on about 5 different cars and this “Mike” (salesman) didn’t know a single fact about the cars. He went back in the dealership more than a few times to get half info. Honestly only come here if you have no other choice. That’s the only reason I came through.

My Boyfriend and i came in with our credit fairly low(560 ouch) and wanted to purchase a 2012 bmw 3 series coupe.they explain to us the process was as simple as fill out credit app(fill online if possible it speeds up the process)brought our income proof insurance and they worked with me on the down !i covered about 1500 of taxes and reg and theay gave me 2 weeks for the balance(how awesome is that) and unlike other dealers would only use my money to hold the car and would not work with me to actually drive off with it.anyway 3 months later car is running perfect and my credit is on its way to rebuilt !!im even getting credit card offers on the mail!! thanks Ricardo for helping us out !!

They advertise that they specialize in getting people with bad credit, repos', bankruptcy, no licence, no credit, etc approved for car loans. I went with my wife and 2 small children, test drove a far over priced BMW 750 and then went to do paperwork for credit,the gy was 1/2 way friendly up to this point, except he completely ignored my wife and did not say hello, a custom greeting to potential customers, well he ran my cedit and came back and bluntly said"we are all done here" nothing to do her your not getting a lon, basically said to get out of his office, again I was ith family so I didnt want to make a scene so I just left with my family. I went and got a better rcar for much cheaper the next day, so yes I had bad credit but not so bad that I needed to be insluted in this manner.

Went shopping for my car and found it at this place. It was clean , maintained , they had low prices and showed me the car-fax. Even helped me make the purchasing process easy . If you’re looking to buy a car I highly recommend this place . Talk to Richardo dagher he will make it happen .
