It’s not typical of me to write reviews so doing so speaks to the excellent experience I recently had purchasing a used vehicle from McGovern GMC of Westboro. Ones experience, especially buying a car, all begins and ends with the sales person and I must say my sales person Ben Fasano, was fantastic! No pressure sales approach was exactly what we all want but very knowledgeable when it was necessary. Ben was thorough and he followed through, in a timely manner, with everything he promised. He made it extremely easy to purchase a vehicle. Felix, the manager, also deserves a shout out. He stepped up and helped me with a small issue with my purchase. Overall experience from start to finish was excellent. Go see Ben Fasano if you’re in the market for a new or used car or truck. Tom B

Ben provided highly personalized service while helping us select the vehicle that met our needs. He is friendly as well as a knowledgeable professional. He worked hard to help us purchase a car that matched our budget. We had a lot of confidence in his desire to help us. He checked in with us frequently to let us know how and when we could get the car we wanted and he took care of all the registration details. It was a hassle free experience from start to finish. We would go back to McGovern any time we needed a vehicle.

I brought my car in twice for the transmission.
I brought my car in twice for the transmission. I had to wait for the specialist. The paperwork said the car would be in there several days to fix. They have to now order parts. When are the parts coming. This has taken a long time and I'm afraid to drive my car and now missing out on a class. Can someone please assist. Thank you and please advise.

I did reach out by phone to Taylor on Friday June 7th at 4:18 pm and left him a lengthy voice mail and as of June 13th I have heard NOTHING back from him!!
We brought our recently purchased van from McGovern GMC
We brought our recently purchased van from McGovern GMC for service because of a check engine light. The service team did a diagnostic test and worked on a solution while we waited. They also offered us alternative transportation if they needed to keep our car for further tests - which ultimately wasn’t needed. The service manager came out to speak with us a few times to give us updates. We were treated with respect and concern as they kept us informed. We felt confident that they were determined to “get it right” and get us on our way as soon as possible. Thanks McGovern for the great service.

This was my first visit to GMC Westboro and everything was perfect! Evan was my service rep at Audi in Shrewsbury for several years and he is always the best!

re: Mcgovern GMC Service experience I had my car fail right on Rte 9 and coasted into your dealership - Serpentine belt snapped.. Asked for the service department to repair. . Evan called and verbally estimated me $378 for the repair, I agreed and said that seemed VERY high price. he said he would look at it and when he had the parts price confirmed he would send a qte. The qte was for $332. I thought that was VERY high, googled the price of the part-$15 at Autozone....as high as $28 at other parts stores. I called the service manager back and asked why so high? he said parts were expensive $162 and they were probably sourced from the Nissan dealer(he lied)---I found Nissan sells the part at $54 MSRP. They also added a $27.50 disposal charge for the belt! I told him I was looking at a new Terrain and would not consider Mcgovern for the purchase of any vehicle in the future and that I would pay the bill and thanked him for taking advantage of me! When I got there I the bill had been changed to $247; no call or explanation price still more than double the average total repair price of @$100 for this type of repair....a simple belt replacement.
