I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from this

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from this dealership, and I have to say—the experience was absolutely amazing, all thanks to our incredible salesman, Carson. From start to finish, he made us feel welcomed, was genuinely friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re already planning to come back to Carson when it’s time to purchase our son’s first vehicle in a year or two! We definitely recommend him to all our family and friends. Had a great experience in buying my new pilot.

Had a great experience in buying my new pilot. My salesman Dylan Hoffman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how everything works. We will definitely go back to Olathe Honda for our next car.

Alex and Pam were super helpful to me.

Alex and Pam were super helpful to me. I had a set price point for a vehicle that I couldnt make any higher. I’ve always had good interactions with Honda mechanics but I’ve never bought from them until this month. They did amazing work helping me find a car that was well within my budget. Thank you Honda. Chris (finance) and Carson (sales) were a pleasure to work with. Carson listened to what we were looking for (models, mileage, year) and helped us find the right fit. Chris helped with the financials and respectively pointed out an option we hadn’t considered. This was a 4th vehicle from Honda of Olathe. Our experience was very positive. Recommend.

Rob Weiner, Anjelo Guerra, and Derek Matson all are great and helped me pick out a great vehicle! I let them know what my price range was and they were very helpful and willing to stay within that range and it is a very low pressure sales environment.

A rating of poor for this dealership is too high.

A rating of poor for this dealership is too high. They get an F-. This dealer is dishonest and corrupt. We signed a contract agreement and paid them a $500 security deposit to purchase a 2017 Honda CR-V. We offered to pay the entire purchase price by personal check, but they insisted we get a cashier's check from our bank. There was also a door ding that needed repair and they would call us when the repair was made and we could pay with our cashier's check then. Three days later they called and told us they sold the car to someone else and insisted they could not get the car back. They told us the contract agreement was only to guarantee the price of the car the the security deposit didn't secure the car for purchase, just the price. I have never dealt with more incompetent and dishonest people in my life. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Corruption to the max!!! Find another dealer.

Leanea again we would like to apologize for the confusion regarding the 2017 CRV. It was a mistake on our end and again we apologize. We have offered a like vehicle we found at another dealer, we have also offered to help on pricing on a newer CR-V. We have refunded the deposit. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help. Again we apologize.

I was able to work with Selden, Amy, and America on

I was able to work with Selden, Amy, and America on getting a used vehicle purchase. They were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all my questions. It was fun doing the test drive with Selden. He knew a lot about how to drive standard transmission vehicles which helped me in figuring out how the car worked comparing it to others standard transmission vehicles, plus all the bells and whistles. The purchase process was very smooth, and they all made it an enjoyable experience.

Chris and Carson were fantastic and easy to work with. The process at Honda of Olathe is straight forward and low pressure. Prices and fees (no fees!) are extremely transparent. The certified used Honda warranty is also a great value.
