Absolutely terrible experience.
Absolutely terrible experience. The sales staff were rude, pushy, and completely unresponsive to any of my concerns. I was forced into buying an “appearance package” I didn’t want, with no option to remove it. When I raised it, the manager’s attitude was basically “take it or leave it.” Worse yet, they sold me a car with a visible dent and a wheel lock but no key — something I only discovered after the sale. When I brought it up, they took zero accountability, saying it’s my problem because I signed the paperwork. I was told the cars are bought at auction, and they’re not responsible for dents or missing items. Zero customer service and absolutely no regard for the buyer once the deal is done. I strongly do not recommend this dealership. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that treats customers with basic respect and honesty.

This was by far the most frustrating and unprofessional car buying experience I've ever had. The salespeople were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely non-responsive to my questions or concerns. It felt like they just wanted to rush the sale and move on, with zero regard for customer service. I was forced to buy an appearance package I didn’t want, and they refused to negotiate or even explain it properly. To make matters worse, the car they sold me had a visible dent — which they brushed off — and came with locking wheel nuts but no key to remove them. When I brought it up, they acted like it was my problem now. Once they had my money, any communication or support completely vanished. I’ve never dealt with such a careless and dishonest dealership. Avoid this place at all costs. You deserve better.

Went into this location today and I received superior service from Axel. His customer service and patience was beyond amazing. He made sure that when I left today I was in a vehicle. Thank you for everything my experience with Easterns today was phenomenal. Keep up the great work Axel!
