Best car buying experience ever

Saw a Infiniti that I just fell in love with. I worked with James and Jim. I traded in my old car they gave me top dollar compared to other appraisals that I’ve received. Their finance team is also amazing they got me a great rate that was lower than my credit union. Thank you Driven Auto

Great virtual visit!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Driven Auto. The sales person was Jim Ihmoud and he guided me through the entire process. He went over and beyond with his virtual visit. He sent me detailed pictures of the exterior and interior, emphasized all the blemishes present for no surprises. I was hesitant at first but went through with the sale and I could not be happier. Thank you Jim for your amazing service.

THEYRE CROOKS. TERRIBLE POST-SALE SERVICE.

THEYRE CROOKS. TERRIBLE POST-SALE SERVICE. Bought a car from these guys, 5 days later it needed a $2800 repair and they refuse to make it right. They didnt even offer any type of help, just said "the car was sold as is, you are on your own." I'm shocked and hope no one else gets taken advantage of like this. BUYER BEWARE.

BMW x1 2016

worst dealer i ever work with

I went to the dealer to buy an audi q7 2018. The dealer was very rude. The price was at $44K. I told him i was hoping to negotiate and have the price around $42K. The dealer did not even bother show me the car. He told me he is not going to reduce the price and he does not want me to waste his time. I asked him to show me the car and he refused. I was really shocked by the way he behave. I told him fine and i left. He was very unprofessional. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. I went to a different dealer and i was able to buy it there.

Thank you for taking the time to review our dealership and staff. We are saddened to hear your experience at our facility was nothing less that perfection. Upon arrival, you did mention you came to see our 2018 Audi Q7. The asking price of the Audi was $44,980 and your initial offer was 5k below the sales price. You referred to KBB as a reference for your pricing and the salesman did show you the correct value for our vehicle which was 47k at the time. As the conversation continued, you made it seem if the salesman did not accept your offer, that you would not purchase. The salesman should have showed you the vehicle but was deterred because your offer was well below the cost price. We are very sorry you feel that way and apologize for any and all inconveniences it caused you.

Very unprefessional

The manager was rude and basically kicked us out the door, because we couldn’t agree on the terms for buying a car. We had a bad experience with this particular dealer.

Great Experience with James!

James and Driven Auto team treated me like family when I was purchasing my Lexus. James was not pushy when it came to selling and he even went through the options of the vehicle when sale was over. Overall was an excellent experience.

Jeep Patriot

I could not have been happier with my experience at Driven! very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff it was not my typical dealership experience. Their manager Jim was transparent about everything about my jeep I went there specifically for that vehicle they were never pushy. Very personable experience I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family

Get all the facts before you visit...seriously

Drove 3 hours one way for a 2018 Honda Accord with 10K miles on it. Of course all the photos make the car look like new however upon seeing the car in person I found that all fours wheels were essentially destroyed by curb rash. There were at least 8 large scratches, paint chips on the edge of the door, a 3 inch blemish on the front chrome piece and a decent inch gash/paint chip in the plastic of the rear bumper. Comparing the damage noted in person to what is pictured on their website its obvious the pictures were angled so that these things either wouldn't be in the shot or very difficult to see. There is a description portion and photos for a reason. They make the vehicle look and sound immaculate and its ridiculous that none of this was mentioned or pictured. They did make the point to mention a damage report on the car fax however that's as easy as looking at the car fax which most people without the disclosure. What people want to know is the good and the bad about the car upfront. This car only had 10k miles on it but 100k worth of cosmetic flaws. A complete waste of an entire day.

Hello Jason, thank you for taking the time to review our vehicle and dealership. The vehicle you came to see was a used vehicle with 10k miles. We were very forthcoming regarding information about the vehicle and presented a Carfax to you prior to your visit. There was normal wear and tear around the vehicle consistent to the age and mileage. The rims had minor scratches, but using the word destroyed is over embellishing your description and is something no one can hide in pictures. There are no special angles we use to hide vehicle damage and suggesting that means you are not straightforward yourself. We were below the market on the vehicle and discounted it more to earn your business. It is only fitting to leave bad remarks toward the dealership weeks after your visit and after we sold it.
