We test drove a used vehicle and was told the vehicle had
We test drove a used vehicle and was told the vehicle had 2 keys. we put a deposit down on the vehicle that day. Came back about a week later to finalize the purchase of the vehicle and was only given 1 key. When we asked about the second key, we were told by the salesman he could not find it, and he told us to give him a week. When my wife called hm a week later he said he could not find it and that he would order one. I owed them some paperwork on my trade and when I emailed the salesperson, I never got a reply. In that email I also asked the status of the second key. My wife additionally called the salesperson twice just to find out the status of the second key. Wanted to know if it was ever ordered and when to expect it. We have heard NOTHING since the wee we purchased the vehicle. We just would like to know if the second key was actually ordered, however, we have been ghosted by our salesman for over a week. It seems once we took ownership of the vehicle they do not care about you.

Had catastrophic engine failure and they denied coverage saying lack of lubricant. How stupid do they think I am. Very rude workers. Probably never buy another Honda.

While we understand how frustrating this situation must be, this particular claim was reviewed through an arbitration process that both you and Honda agreed to. A neutral third-party arbitrator thoroughly examined the facts and determined that the engine damage was due to a lack of oil, and therefore not eligible for coverage under the warranty. Purchased a used 2018 Mini Cooper from Ray Laks, fall of 2024. Unfortunately, a month after purchasing the vehicle, the battery died. Ray Laks quoted me $800.00 for the repair, I declined. No service wiggle room apparently, which means they really don't care about the customer and only about the money. I would advise you to look elsewhere if a sense of rightness matters.
