This dealership is the absolute worst! They are title jumpers, and you will need to sue them to get any resolution. Serena Gordon is a criminal and her license to sell vehicles should be revoked. I have filed complaints with the FTC, Kentucky Motor Vehicle Commission, and the Attorney General of Kentucky. It’s been 6 months and I still do not have the title to my car, I was charged for GAP insurance and an extended warranty that was never filed with the warranty company, and the engine blew in my vehicle 3 months after I purchased it. She has had my vehicle for over 2 months now and it still has not been repaired.

Stay away from 27 Auto Sales
Was in need of a second vehicle and went online looking. Received a phone call from Cooper saying I had been preapproved with no money down. Went to the lot and ended up literally spending all day there. We ended up purchasing a FX F-150, so much for zero down, we had to pay $700 down. Within the first week the power steering went out. They agreed to fix that, however they wouldn't provide us with a loaner vehicle. They had the truck over a week and wouldnt give me the name of the mechanic working on it. I didnt even have the truck a month and needed to use the 4-wheel drive. The indicator on the dash showed it worked, however it wouldnt engage. I remembered while being at the dealership I wanted to check it, but Cooper insisted it worked and that there wasnt any place to actually check it. I called the dealership the next day and spoke to 2 individuals. They would never let me speak to the owner, nor did she ever return my phone calls. After taking the truck to be checked out and paying $80 to find out what exactly is wrong with it, it will cost $800 to fix it.

Bad experience at 27 Auto Sales Somerset
I went in to look at cars was only allowed to see one every time I told him I just wanted to look I was not in the market to buy they sent another person in they kept pushing the car on me I got up three times to leave and was stopped I was forced into buying a car that I did not want I told them I work third shift and I was not in the right mind to be purchasing anything I just wanted to look I ended up getting a car with issues and cannot get it fixed

Worst place ever to get a vehicle
They are too busy to help you get into a vehicle, they sold me a vehicle and I never got a title I had to take the vehicle back horrible place to do business

Bad experience.
Well let’s begin with this I’m not the best negotiator ever nor a mechanic. I came to this lot looking for a used diesel truck and they had a few but I found the truck of my dreams blacked out lifted beautiful vehicle so I came to buy that day I had everything with me finically that is and all my service records for the vehicle I would be trading in. I felt very prepared. Test drove it and i could tell why it had sit on the lot for a few months had a wobble in the front end. Didn’t really bother me cause I had read on there Facebook about a 90 day powertrain Warrenty. Which later on I figured out that the Warrenty through the car lot doesn’t apply to diesel vehicles. So I went ahead with the process of financing the vehicle which was a nightmare nobody could keep my paychecks straight granted I work multiple jobs and have a a lot of income paperwork, but I had never had this big of a issue going through other lots. So once I finally made it to the finance person of the lot he said that going through a credit union would be the best option to get a better rate which I was all on board with signed up and he sent my application in and told me to expect a call at the start of the business week. So I waited and on Monday finally got the call around 4 pm from the finance agent of the bank. I have no quarrels with this bank the got me approved for the vehicle and the finance officer was amazing and handled everything with care and was very clear in what he needed. So several days later I e signed for this vehicle through the bank which was very painless and easy process. So I was excited till I drove this truck for a week now and found that the front axel is shot it’s throughing a computer failure code and service lights that wasn’t on during the test drive started to appear. So I’m disgruntled about that But that’s on me because I purchased the vehicle as is. Just upsetting. Then about a week after the purchase my wife gets a call saying that some of the paperwork is messed up and I need to come back in to fix it. Apperently according to the finance officer of the lot the bank didn’t send them the correct amount of money and shorted the lot 1000 dollars and now are looking to me to pay the difference now this is after I had signed my paperwork and the deal was finalized. This is completely outrageous and this is not anyway shape or form my fault for this discrepancy and this should’ve been handled between the lot and the bank or had been caught before the signing of the paperwork. So now I have another thousand dollar bill on top of a vehicle payment on a vehicle that was busted from the get go. I would never send anyone to this lot ever. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated at a lot and I’ve bought multiple vehicles. Would not recommend this. Be careful buying vehicles from used lots protect your money and pride.
