Awesome service

Pretty simple. Walked in and told them what we wanted. They showed us the vehicle that they thought best suited our needs/wishes. We went through the credit app. Got insurance. Signed paper work. Vehicle was delivered and explained. Then we drove off happy camper. lol

THE 2016 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID

Great service from friendly, helpful people

When my 2012 Veracruz died while on a family road trip, I had it towed to the nearest dealer—Mungenast in Hazelwood, MO. I wasn’t too optimistic about my prospects for priority service: let’s face it, the chance of repeat business from a guy who lives 900 miles away are not great. I had never heard of this dealership, and they had never heard of me. The car’s problem turned out to be severe: a blown head gasket that ruined the engine. To my surprise, I was made to feel like their most important customer. My service advisor, Karen Cosma, processed all of the warranty paperwork effectively and arranged a rental car for me. Knowing that I was in the middle of a family vacation, she even managed to get a larger car than the typical warranty rental. It took some time to get all of the required parts in, and she kept me fully apprised of the status as I continued my vacation. The engine was rebuilt, including installation of new valve seals that had been part of a recall, and free replacement of the alternator that had been damaged by the old engine’s leaky valve seals. Karen asked for permission to take my car home and back for a long (~100 mile) test ride, to which I readily agreed. This was on Christmas Eve, and I later learned that because she had vacation coming up, she came back on Christmas Day to return my car. When I picked my car up, Jason Elder was filling in for the vacationing Karen and had everything in order. They even did some repairs that I had been waiting to schedule with my local dealer. If you want great service from friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people, Mungenast in Hazelwood is the place to go.

Great experience! Love the 2015 Genesis and happy to return

Everyone was so attentive and helpful. I am a customer for life. The dealership does keep in touch through letters and emails. This lets me know that they are caring.

Great experience and great service!

Kelly was awesome and made the purchase so easy and simple. She even followed up a few days later to see how everything was going. First car I've bought from Mungenast, but definitely not the last! Big thanks also to the manager Barry Brash who really went the extra mile for us ensuring we were happy with what we got for our trade and the new car! Thanks to the entire team at Mungenast!!!

Above and beyond the call of duty!

I hate buying cars. Every time I go into a dealership, I feel vulnerable and unprepared. This time was no different. Although I did quite a bit of homework the night before--reading car websites, studying mileage, makes, years, models--and knew the model of car I wanted, I still walked in with trepidation. And then I met Adam--my salesman. Adam was warm, kind, and very helpful in assisting me to identify what my needs were. What are my driving wants and needs? Hadnt thought much about any of these things--I just wanted to get in and out with the car I wanted. Adam walked me through a few questions and then we looked at cars. I found one that I really liked and we went for a test drive. I loved this car! I liked the way it drove, the way it felt. Adam helped me assess the back seat space. He's tall and my sons are tall, so we were able to use him as a model for fit. He was a great model son! While Adam gave me the option to test drive a few other cars, I was happy with the one I found. It had the right price, mileage, and style that I wanted. Adam took me through the process of the sales application as quickly as he could and then passed me on to the Finance team. The finance officer was patient and explained the financing package and offered me other options that I was not aware of. Once my sales process was over and I took possession, Adam even followed me back to the car rental center to drop off my car! Above and beyond the call of duty! I will recommend Mungenast and Adam to all my friends and colleagues. The staff is nice, informed , and patient. Adam stayed with me the entire process, explaining what would take place next. I highly recommend Adam to others.

Unprofessional

My car saleswoman was very unprofessional. She argued with me as well as made me feel uncomfortable asking personal questions. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

"JOB WELL DONE !!!

Mr. Streeter was so PROFESSIONAL, STRAIGHT FORWARD, and KNOWLEDGEABLE with assisting me in buying a certified used car ( SUV ) from Mungenast, being a first time customer. I was very pleased with his overall attitude in insuring me that I would be taken care of throughout the whole process. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, he just always stated the facts, concerning my situation. Mungenast should be proud to have him as a member their sells team. After dealing with Mr. Streeter, and without a second thought, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. SERIOUSLY FOLKS, he is there to help you period...
