Nick Catucci and Zach the finance manager took very good

Nick Catucci and Zach the finance manager took very good care of us. Explained everything about the loan in the deal and was very courteous. Nick showed us all the things that had to do with the card itself is very polite most spoken and caring. Thank you for this five star SERVICE.

Nick, after the sale totally forgot about us for follow

Nick, after the sale totally forgot about us for follow ups. He was eager to make the sale but truck had 83miles on it already and no floor mats. When contacted him he did not want to respond after repeated inquiries. I was disappointed. But Zack, the finance manager showed care and took care of the matter.

For a young man, Hasani conducted himself like a seasoned

For a young man, Hasani conducted himself like a seasoned professional salesman. Very polite, and very thorough explaining all details.He made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout the complete purchase process. Ciocca should be proud and thankful to have such a fine youg man on board.

Knowledgeable salesman.

Knowledgeable salesman. Jordan was good listener. Jordan went out of his way to pick up the car I wanted from another dealership. The manager and finance people worked with us to make the car fit within my means.
