I’d like to share the terrible experience that my wife and I had today (4/23/22) with Brian Harris Audi of Baton Rouge. We arrived, and the sales guy (Eric) that we’d been speaking to met us at the door. He took us straight to the vehicle that we were there to look at, test drive, and possibly purchase. We took the vehicle for a test drive and when we arrived back at the dealership this young guy with a man bun walked up to the driver’s door side and asked if this was our vehicle, and my response was not yet. This guy stepped back and took a photo of the vehicle with my wife and I in the driver’s and passenger’s seats without our permission. When we arrived inside and met with our salesman, I asked him if the young guy that approached us was an employee of Brian Harris, and at least he was honest by saying yes he was an employee. I proceeded to letting him know that I felt uncomfortable with how this all happened, and explained to him that this was very unprofessional and made me feel that this was one of their sales tactics to try and force consumers to buy due to someone else waiting to buy the vehicle, hence supply and demand. From this point on, we didn’t feel comfortable with how all of this unfolded including the fact that they were only wanting to give us close to $5,000 less than the lowest amount that Carfax said it was worth for my trade, and didn’t want to reduce the MSRP as well. Please watch out for this tasteless sales tactic from this dealership! Respectfully, Randy L.

Bad experience at Audi of Baton Rouge
I bought a used 2013 SUV from Audi of Baton Rouge , you expect excellent service from a name like an Audi dealership, when i picked up the car, it was duty and dusty inside and out, i has to request the engine be wash because it was complete duty . and they just ran the car through the dealer car wash , no detailing . Then after i took it home i found the rear wiper blade broken, i had to fill up the engine coolant and wash fluids , replaced the engine air filter and had the car detailed and clean myself . Very desapointed with my first ecperince at Audi . Will not recommend this dealership.

Not satisfied at all with the mantinece service,always go to get an oil change and always leave with with a problem from them!!!.Turning on lights that was never on such as..brake light,engine light..I would never go to this place again

I would highly recommend Audi if Baton Rouge. I was very satisfied with the service and my service rep, Mandi. She was on top of my service and hey me informed at all times. I will definitely tell anyone to speak with Mandi in the service department if they need anything done

Airbag Recall
Always impressed with this dealership. Such nice facilities, and the drinks and snacks available while you wait at no cost was almost unheard of these days. Service has always been top notch. Every time I get my car back, it has been washed and vacuumed free of charge. It sure makes bringing your vehicle in a pleasure! Keep it up Audi of Baton Rouge.

Natalie, my intake rep explained everything to be done and explained all of the work performed and the current status of my car. She was extremely detailed in her explanation and very courteous and professional in answering my questions. They have a customer for life in me and my family.

Pleasantly impressed
I bought my car in for a recall and oil change. Heather was great. The cashier was extremely patient and very kind (my 3yrs old grand-daughter talked her head off). My car was taken care of and returned showroom floor clean.. lol. Thanks for making my first visit so pleasant.

Audi Q7
Brought car in for 10,000 mile routine check and oil change. Everything was great and finished in just over an hour while I waited including washing the vehicle. Only issue was that front floor mats were wet from the wash and so was carpet under the mats.
