I want to share our experience so others can be aware. My son went to Carrio Motor Cars intending to purchase a vehicle, but the dealership misled him into signing a lease, which he never agreed to or wanted. On top of that, the trade-in process was problematic. The vehicle he traded in had approximately $80,000 in equity, but the value applied to the new car was unclear, and the proper authorization from the legal owner was not properly obtained. The dealership did not clearly explain the final costs, fees, or how the trade-in equity was applied. Overall, this was a very confusing and misleading experience. I strongly urge anyone considering Carrio Motor Cars to review every document carefully and make sure all agreements match what you were told. Do not walk away without copy of the documents that you signed! Do not recommend to anyone! Have case started with lawyer on misrepresentation, clear disclosure, consumer protection laws, fraud committed by Carrio motor cars. Please reach out if you have same issue!

The dealer I rated at 3 stars because my first offer was shot down then they callede back the next day and we made a deal. The shipping they set up was a mess they call me with the wrong delivery on time 4 times on 5 days but again JC was there to help another reason to give him 5 stars. Lee Wolfe

Bought low mileage G550 and when delivered was the worst
Bought low mileage G550 and when delivered was the worst wrap I’ve ever seen on vehicle. Didn’t disclose was a wrap. They removed front emblem and rear wheel cover as well. 4 alerts were on vehicle as well. Pete was salesman and acted naive to situation. Wouldn’t take car back or buy back. I had to sell at auction. They agreed to send me back $1,000 and never did.

BUYER BEWARE.
BUYER BEWARE. Do not purchase from this business. Read the reviews. As it as been stated, the positive reviews are generated by a bot paid for by the dealer. Notice the lack of content in these reviews. However, when you read their negative reviews. These are very poignant and detailed. This dealer totally misrepresented the condition of the automobile I purchased. They stated there were no deficiencies or damage in or out of the car, or in the paint but upon receipt the paint has quarter sized flakes, damaged paint along the trim and several significant scratches into the metal. Switches were broken off in the interior. Fuel is leaking from underneath the auto. A great deal of visible rust upon receipt. Tears in the leather seats. When I attempted to discuss it with me, the refuse to talk to me, return my calls and even hung up on me. I have purchased several exotics from dealers all across the United States. There are good dealers out there. However, this company clearly is not one of them. Stay away.

The worst buying experience I have ever had.
The worst buying experience I have ever had. 1st…. Part of our deal when I was purchasing my Lamborghini was they were taking wheels off of another car and installing them on my car, I was charged extra for the wheels. I wire the money, my car shows up on stock wheels. I’ve called the dealership 100 times and keep getting the run around on how I can’t get refunded and they won’t send me my wheels. Then on top of it the car is a xxx the whole front bumper and rockers need to be repaired and painted as the car was ran off the road at some point. I asked and was lied to about that. The front wheels speed sensors are bad on top of the check engine light being on when it arrived. Now they just ignore my phone calls and won’t get back to me

This is a high volume sales dealership .
This is a high volume sales dealership . Some bad reviews b/ c many times the thousands of happy customers do not bother to leave a review while the ones that something went wrong seek revenge . Bought a beautiful RR Cullinan , did my due diligence . Had it inspected and vehicle is perfect . Go see for yourself , they are nice people and they did right by me . Dr. Lulu
