Simply the best car buying experience I have ever had, and the overall service is exemplary!

Dropped my car off over two months ago for a faulty camera on driver side mirror. My mirror was recently replaced by them and now the camera would go blank and not work. Was told they fixed that problem but when they did it caused my whole screen display to go blank and won’t turn on. They replaced the front harness and still nothing. Now going on week 13 without my car and no plan on when i will get it back. Never again will I buy a Genesis or recommend it to others.

We purchased our new Genesis from Michigan. Our sales consultant was Brady Ryan. Brady offered outstanding support before, during and after the sale. Dealership picked me up at the train station and made delivery day a breeze. Very impressed with dealership and all staff that helped support my purchase.
