I have bought a few cars from Tanks and have had a good experience. If there is a problem or repair needed, they take care of it.I would recommend them highly!!

This place really scammed me out of 11,000$ on a Nissan Rogue! Transmission goes completely out the first week. Derrick owner of Tanks Auto not only refused to fix or trade, stopped answering my calls or respond to text msgs. Had to put over 4,000$ in a transmission. 2 1/2 months of owning this lemon the braking system goes out,,! He should be in jail. I plan on filing a lawsuit on him. NY Does have lemon laws. The place went so downhill and not what it once was!

Nice cars at a fair price. Brought a box of donuts to Andy the salesman crispy creams. Gave me a discount thanks bud. Definitely recommend.

I have been dong business for years here buying my cars here. I have had excellent experience and very good customer service. I have referred people here and they have had good experience as well. I will never do business else where. I would highly recommend this place.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Tanks Auto, i cant say enough how easy it was and the quality of the vehicles was top notch. Derek is extremely professional and as honest as they come. He is not your typical used car salesman he goes out of his way to help you get what you want. I would and have recommended Tanks to family and friends because of my experience.

Derek and Andrew are the 2 most important people when you are buying a car. They are honest and trustworthy people. I have purchased 1 cars from them and looking forward to buying another 1 soon

This is a five-star review, but I hope it doesn’t just get lumped in with this car dealer’s other good reviews. I say this because my dealings with Tanks Auto Sales and my overall transaction experience are in a special qualitative class. . . . I had set my sights on a specific make, mileage and model of car that is somewhat difficult to locate. Searching multiple sites, I would find this model either with too many miles, much too distant from me and typically overpriced. Finally I found my car [via the friendly CarFax fox] located at Tanks Auto Sales just across the PA/NY state line, a seven-hour round trip with our two little ones in tow — distant, but doable. We arrived the day before the Fourth of July holiday, cash in hand. We needed to drive it home to central PA that evening, but it was approaching closing time at Tanks and the holiday would mean that certain necessary paperwork (there’s lots of it when transacting a car in the Empire State) would still need to be completed. Owner Derek took a leap of faith (we both did, for that matter) and let us drive it off his lot and into the hinterlands of Pennsylvania. True to his word, we shortly received the title and myriad other documents by overnight express. In fact, Derek both held the car for me since he knew how much I wanted it AND even adjusted the price to help compensate us for the time and expense of our trip. . . . So when you read a review for Tanks Auto Sales that says Derek went ‘the extra mile’ — believe it!

This is the most honest Dealer in Broome County! His prices and cars are the Best! He gave me the best deal I could ever ask for and just so nice. I was even told by loan officer that he is the most honest of all used car Dealers in town...I would recommend him to all that our looking...Heis best of all the rest!
