I worked with Tarik to get my 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and it was a really great experience. He was extremely patient through the sales process and took me through all my options and helped me find the best way to get what I wanted. First of all, the dealership is absolutely beautiful with some of the most exotic cars you’ll see on any lot! Everyone inside the building was super friendly, helpful and inviting. If you’re going to go through the tedious process of purchasing a car, do it here. Also, Natalie Yatsko was absolutely amazing in helping me getting a deal done the same day. She went out of her way to help me and ensure my desires were met. Cannot say enough good things about Natalie, Wes, and the guys at the front of the shop!

It was a real pleasure working with Anki and Wes. They went above and beyond, for us. I can honestly say I have never had a better car buying experience anywhere!! We drove a couple hundred miles to get to this dealership and I will do it again for our next car. I highly recommend Glenview Luxury Imports.

TLDR: This dealership lies to your face and is willing
TLDR: This dealership lies to your face and is willing to say anything to get a sale. For an expensive car lot, this kind of used car salesman mentality is awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was initially interested in a Lotus Emira, and spoke to Yousif about setting up a test drive. We drove about 3 hours to visit the dealership and everything was great at first. After the test drive I decided the Emira wasn't for me. We told Yousif this and he went to get a manager Dimitri. After looking through inventory I ended up test driving an Aston Martin Vantage. I fell in love and started the buying process. It had a few scuffs in the leather but they agreed in writing to fix them when they did their detail. This is where it went downhill. I was approved by my Credit Union before I went in. I attempted to use my CU but was pushed to go through their financing. We did, unfortunately. They first said the bank was going to need $4000 down. I found out this was because they were trying to push almost $10,000 worth of warranty and protections without consulting me. The finance director Wes, pointed out these bundles like the sales person was supposed to walk me through them (after everything else they did, I'm convinced this is just a sales tactic). On top of this, they chose a lender that lets them bump the rate and take a fee. Not only did they push me to use Ally, they increased the rate over 3 points more than my CU. They told me I couldn't drive the car home as it needed the Aston Martin inspection and a full detail, but that's okay they have a truck and trailer that can haul the car to my house. I agreed to take delivery at my house on Monday at no cost to me. After catching what they did with Ally, I had them fix my lender and use my CU and take off all additional fees. This saved me over $500/mo. I had to fight for them to refund the $4000 they lied about being required. After wiring them the funds for the car, they asked when I could come pick it up. I had to fight for them to stay true to their word. Yousif told me they'd have to hire a company to deliver it and asked if 10am the following day would be okay. I said that's fine. The car was delivered by Glenview luxury imports at roughly 10am. Upon receiving the car, it is apparent that a detailing wasn't done, and that makes me wonder if the inspection was done. The leather was not fixed, one of the front vents is broken, the brakes squeek terribly, and the wheels are scuffed badly. They also ONLY provided the valet key. I have bought many cars, and this has been the worst experience. I spoke to Dominic and was essentially told to kick rocks, all I asked was they stand by their word. Aston Martin is now directly involved. I've got service records with inconsistencies and as soon as Dominic found these he got combative and dismissive. Very shady.
