Bought a car that was provided paperwork that car was

Bought a car that was provided paperwork that car was totally viable. Five weeks later transmission went out $6000 fix on a $12000 car called and they totally dismissed me even pretending to check warranty and told me sorry nothing we can do! After many tears I found out from car manufacturer that it was IN FACT under warranty!! No empathy, no help and they in fact LIED to me!

Drivetime SUCKS!!!

Do not buy from drivetime, I bought a car from them, found out it had been wrecked, and they are unwilling to do anything to fix their mistake outside of fix the car, I'm paying non damaged price on a very damaged car! BEWARE, and shop elsewhere

Got screwed on a Rogue

I got home with my vehicle, discovered that it had been smoked in, that there are multiple burn holes throughout my interior, many stains, the speakers on the driver side do not work, and after owning this vehicle for 7 days, it is having mechanical problems, and to use an "approved" repair station, I am going to have to take time off work to get this addressed, because the process is lengthy, and their operating hours are 8-5 M-F, I am very unhappy, was not shown a video, and was not informed that I had 5 days or 300 miles to bring it back, or I would have, I highly overpaid for a vehicle that is already giving me issues. I do not recommend this place, and if you do go here and buy, when you get it home, go over it with a fine tooth comb. They will not inform you of issues it may have!

People great card xxxxty

Llyold was awesome he put me in a car fast however when we did the test drive it wasn't long enough drive for me to really get a feel for the car and it was through a residential area....I admit my credit isn't the best and I was desperate for transportation due to work however I wish I would have stopped around, after I sold my car to them and sign off on the paper work I was inform the car had 2 recalls....okay that's nothing right however when I go for the recalls the chevorlet dealership informed of a hose leak....again I thought they wanted money our of me so I blew it off...pep boys informed me all I needed was an oil change...mine you this was in a week that I brought the car....fast forward a month into the relationship with my car the brakes start to xxxx up and fast forward more months pep boys tells me I do have a hose leak and my insurance will not cover it and it's 400+ dollars to fix....so now I have to deal with that on top of a 400 dollar payment every month, I know I gave the ace a high rate however if you do not the website will not post your comment... I will not refer drive time to NO ONE!!! BETTER OFF GETTING A CAR OFF CRAIGSLIST!

Best car buying experience hands down!!

I have owned cars before and I have been inside of many dealerships. From the Sharks Trynna sell sell sell and pushing you in particular cars to the salesmen/woman that just want your money. When I walked into DriveTime here in Fayetteville NC. I can check E as an answer for non of the above. I worked with Mr. Daniel Holmes and I will say I couldn't have asked for a better guy to purchase my car from. They asked me the type of car I was interested I. And gave me a choice of 5 different vehicles in my liking. There were nunneries time just from our conversation that I forgot I was even buying a car. They have OUTSTANDING customer service. Most dealerships come for your pockets as soon as you get in but not at DRIVETIME the last and final thing was the Down payment which was exactly what I was told it would be. No games no surprises. They are willing to help you here at DRIVETIME In Fayetteville NC. You just have to give them a chance. Ishmal Rutledge

Great car buying experience

I stop by Drive Time to see what they had on the lot. I did not have an appointment but it did not take me long to get seated and taking care of. Kelly was my sales rep. She made me feel easy and comfortable during the process. Drivetime make it easy pick out what kind of car you can afford. I love my Ford Focus. I would recommend anybody to come get a car from Kelly at Drive Time.

Surprisingly better than I thought

Just looking into getting a card my credits not so good so I don't have many options. The people were very nice her compared to some of the other places I have been to. I'm really considering buy a car here. Prices are a little on the high end but they seem to value their customers and finding ways to satisfy my needs .
