I have visited Plano and Red Bird locations with no issues. Management at Arlington far less superior. They ignore their customers when they come in and leave you waiting unnecessarily. Sadly the general manager sets the bar as the poor leadership starts with him just sitting behind the counter with his head down while he gets ESPN game alerts on his cell phone. Every expected outcome that was promised by corporate and other locations was unfilled by GM Ross in Arlington. Drive time has always been good to our family but this guy really was undesirable to deal with. Kudos to Anthony for trying to go above and beyond...he should consider a transfer himself.

My experience was the best. I didn't feel pressured moniqua was on top of everything she was very helpfull and I would recommend drive time to all my friends and family. Thank you for everything you all have done. My credit will get better now I have you guys behind me.

This office has a great salesman. Anthony is very laid back and very down to earth. He was more than willing to help in any situation, and he knows his stuff. I am very picky on what type of car i wanted, and he was very patient while we checked out a lot of cars. I will tell my friends about Drive Time. Great company and very easy terms!

It's a good place to go to start over. Nice people pretty cheap, and a good selection of cars and trucks to start from.

Mo was amazing! We had to go to 4 different locations but she make the experience wonderful! I can't praise her enough! We spent from 10:20 until after 4:00pm.

In Good Hands
I will say, I was a upset. I had gone ahead and decided to try the Leasing program. Within the first 2 months of me having my Isuzu, it broke down three times. It was constantly in the shop and I was incredibly disappointed, however, after speaking with the manager and leasing agents, they got me into a new vehicle with no additional cost. Each individual was very caring, and dedicated to getting me into a working vehicle. Despite the inconvenience of all this they took VERY good care of me financially. The repairs, and even towing (despite policy) was covered for me. Despite my anger due to the situation the staff remained very calm, professional, and caring. I have to say, it really made things easier in the end. They really worked with me when I came back in to get me into a good vehicle the second time around, and were never rude or rushed me at all. They answered every question I had and thoroughly inspected the vehicle with me there. Now I have a 2008 Dodge caliber and it is running well and I can get to and from work. So while my initial experience was awful, because of the car breaking down all the time, they did end up taking great care of me as a customer and got me into a vehicle that runs nicely now. Big Thanks to Erica, Chris, Carlton, and Anthony for all of your assistance in this.

Exceptional Service
This was a pain free car buying experience. From the initial trip to the lot and throughout the purchase process Moniqua & Kevin provided me with impeccable service. I wasn't completely ready to buy that day, but the way Anthony greeted me and my friend, and comfortably opened up to us, within about 4 hours I was driving off the lot with my HHR! My friend is a former used car salesman, and really peppered Anthony with questions. Anthony had a solid answer for everything, and even threw some good questions back at us! He went the extra mile to ensure that the car was ready to roll, even putting 1/2 tank of gas into the tank! Outstanding, clean, good selection, friendly management, what a great place to buy!
