Do not buy from here.

I bought a car from here a little under a few months ago. From then everything they promised and assured me about the car was a complete lie. Several times a day after buying the car they told me it simply wasn't their problem anymore concerning the quality of the car. They assured me the roof did not leak. A week later the roof leaked. They assured me the car ran fine. I found this to be untrue a week later. Found leaks from the radiator, a poorly sealed cracked engine block, blown fuses. And the warranty they sell you isn't even a warranty. It covers absolutely nothing. Don't even bother getting it. Long story short. I have never felt more taken advantage of in my life than the day I stepped foot on that lot. Small dealerships wonder why people like me are so mean and nasty it's because of people like young living Auto sales, they will promise you everything and then some just to get your money. I'm sorry but the only rating I can give is this. 10/10 biggest waste of time in my life 6/5 worst car buying experience. 20 OUT OF 10 BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. What's even worse than this is I'm not the first person to have had this same problem with these same people. They're mechanic? Forget about that. This mechanic couldn't even take the time to open the fuse box during his 100 percent inspection. Because when I opened it all I saw was burnt wiring and charred melted plastic. I will say this. The car made for a nice looking over priced lawn ornament. Thanks for the deception young living Auto. You guys are the best.

NOT SORRY FOR BEING SO HONEST... I believe this is a review by the adult son of the actual buyer (mother) of this vehicle. First, I am sorry. When your mom bought this vehicle, we shared everything we knew about this vehicle with her (it was a trade in) and showed her the service bill (which was quite expensive) and what was completed prior to her purchase. Nobody here verbally promised her anything ever. We always ask for customers to test drive the vehicle, go have a mechanic of your choice look it over for you, and then YOU decide if you would like to purchase the vehicle or not. It's called doing your own due diligence. You came to my dealership screaming at me in the parking lot about the mechanic we use, telling me what a liar he is and how he robbed me blind, and this is the same guy who replaced your radiator (with a brand new one) absolutely FREE because they missed a small crack on the top when servicing it. You were very unkind and rude to me and to the service department. Your mom bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty with 131,xxx miles and we shared all the work we did to it and were so very honest with her. Not sure why this review, but we are always very transparent with every customer. I am sorry that the service department missed the crack in the radiator and I am glad they replaced it with a brand new one for FREE. I wish you and your mom very well and may you be blessed.

What a wonderful experience

what a wonderful car buying experience. We had been looking for a truck and had been to many dealerships and searched on line until our heads were spinning. I saw the 2007 Toyota Tundra on Cars.com about a week and a half ago. Called Tom and we talked about it and every time we talked at the end of the conversation he would tell me to have a blessed day. Being a Christian, that meant a lot to me. However the fact that we live three hours away from that area led us to look else where. As we traveled and looked at trucks from other dealers we found disappointment after disappointment . I had a feeling that I needed to go look at this truck. Surprisingly, it was still available. When we arrived we were greeted by the entire family, welcomed in and treated as though we were part of the family. They were honest, friendly and fair. We talked about God first and foremost and of course the truck. Tom, Theresa, their kids and Phil made us feel at home. We not only left with a new Tundra but I feel we gained some new friends. What a great experience. I thank God for leading us to them.
